Of all the fast food restaurants this franchise has stayed true to their prices and you get a good amount of food for a decent price. We came here super late at night around 11 because not many fast food places of open this late and the food was delicious for fast food and it was hot. I was very satisfied. The staff were super kind and helpful. Overall I recommend coming here if it’s late at night and you want to grab a quick bite to eat

So we ordered our food. 12/28/2025 @ 6.29pm incase someone cares enough to read it. Worst service i have the displeasure of having. Out of a nothing she ruined my expectations of this chain. We ordered a medium meal got the medium drink but then got the small fries. No big deal but we did pay for the medium so I told the server who by her handing me a number I expected for her to bring us our food. But no, she yelled our number (mind you we are the only ones here) I went to pick up our meal noticed the fries and told her. She looked at her screen said I charged you for the regular and dismissed me like you would a child thats complaining about a toy. I told her you gave us a large drink and a regular drink different size drinks equals different size fries she dismissed me again and walked off. KEEP your dam .55 cents. She could have explained oh I did not charge you for the upgrade. I would have understood and would have gone on my way. No issues, But to dismiss me as if I were her child was Un called for.

I received my order and was disappointed to find my food not up to standard. The burgers were missing cheese, and the drinks lacked syrup and were watered down. When I returned today, the lead/manager on duty promptly addressed the issues. I strongly recommend this Jack in the Box staff, who went above and beyond to make things right.

Went through the drive thru this morning. What a mistake. Car in front of us, was at the window for like 15 minutes. Thought it must be a problem customer or huge order. Nope, only saw 4 bags passed to them. Took us another 15 minutes to get our 3 bag order. This was after ordering online before we got to the restaurant.
Should rename it, Slow food. Been served faster at Kiki’s and Famous Dave’s than this place. Now on our “nope” list.

the worst service, I’ve been there several times and the female manager/supervisor has a very bad attitude, she pretends she doesn’t speak Spanish or that she doesn’t understand what someone is trying to say in Spanish but you can hear she is talking and having full

The old lady with a red shirt is RUDE. Immediately gave attitude at the window. When I asked her for sauce she rolled her eyes. When I got my food I checked it, and she gave me regular fries. I ordered curly fries. And she told me she’s going to charge me for it.. why tho? Can’t she do her job and look at the screen or receipt to see what the customers order. I had the sourdough Jack, which was surprisingly good. The sourdough was very mild, and I liked the fact it was less “bready” than a regular bun.

I love the variety of the menu, plus the fact they serve the full meny all day. I can have breakfast for lunch or dinner. In the morning I can buy a salad for my lunch. It’s very convenient.
Freestyle Drinks are available in this location, this last time most of the flovors were out, but I was still able to get a good drink.
I wish the All American ribeye steakhouse would be bigger for the cost of the combo. The burger is good but it would be perfect if it was bigger.

Waited 21 minutes in line at the drive-thru. Ordered a Sourdough Jack and got a burger that looks like it was made at home. The bun was not toasted at all and the meat was burnt to a crisp.
