Normally I don’t have too many issues with this location. But this is the 2nd time that we’ve ordered a quarter pounder and the meat was very very undercooked. We go to this location bc its more convenient, but I might have to just drive to Payette. Never had a problem there. And they always have ice cream.

My kids love coming here for their happy meals and to get their toy. I like their milkshakes, But I am disappointed that the darn milkshake machine is out of order 9 times out of 10, and I live so far away from town its a shame, because getting a shamrock shake is a treat. But I will have to try the next time I get to town.

If I could give negative stars I would, the people that work in this location are disgusting and completely unprofessional. They WILL tamper with your food if you do anything to irritate or upset them. They openly talk shit about customers and other employees. Do even get me started on the warmers, the ones they leave full of burger juices ALL DAY. Great place to eat if you want to call in sick to work the next day!

I’m very disappointed, I went for a late night snack and got a large meal I was upcharged cuz i got the mango Pineapple smoothie as I should be, and it wasnt even full. And it’s not even by a little it was noticably not full it was just over 1/2 way and my freind who got a medium meal our cups were the same size and hers was more full than mine. I’m just sad and disappointed. Do better!

Has to be the worst McDonald’s location. Took 30 minutes to get a large fry a few nights ago. I went back today for some reason, when I got home, the double cheeseburger I got for my son was a normal cheeseburger. I ordered with mobile, I checked, definitely ordered a double cheeseburger.

Husband picked up burgers for dinner. Both got double quarter pounders. He had to wait for them to be made fresh……needless to say we got two different sandwiches. His was perfect.(with cheese) mine,(no cheese) was a soggy night mare. Bun was saturated.(no big deal) I got buns. Sara Lee’s up that patty and went ham!! For two bites.. until I saw this beautiful pink center beaming out my burger like a neon sign in Reno!!! Figured I’d take it back but I’m already so disappointed. Guess I’m eating fries for dinner. Thanks! Sincerely. Disappointed Mom.

Parked for curbside; It was too hot to leave my dog in the car. Order arrives, missing fries, so I had to get out of my vehicle to request my fries.
Hot fudge sundae should ve called a small clump of fudge at the bottom of a cup of ice cream.
And best of all was the hair in my . Gross.
I go to mcdonalds for the doggie burger patty. I get there for my dog. On rare occasions, I try the food.
