Breakfasts is always such a disappoint. I used to love McDonald biscuits, but for the past few years they just taste dry and gross or microwaved. I think they started using pre frozen biscuits instead of fresh and it really shows. I used to eat them regularly, but rarely go anymore for this reason. Once in a while, I stop in hoping I will get a good biscuit like the old days, and every time I’m disappointed. Today is no exception. My biscuit is hard and dry. I won’t be finishing it. I just usually avoid McDonalds now expect to get a drink, which still has a good mix and a fairly low price, depending on location. This location is clean and nice and the staff is usually friendly. Just don’t get the biscuits.

Ordered doordash and it arrived sealed. Opened my big breakfast to find a hair cooked into the egg. Threw the whole thing away.

If time travel ever becomes real, I am convinced McDonald’s drive-thru will be used as a holding facility for eternity. You pull up, speak clearly, politely, slowly… and then watch in awe as they wave three other cars ahead of you like you’re invisible or maybe part of a social experiment.

Ordering here feels less like fast food and more like submitting a request to a committee that meets quarterly.

And when you *do* finally receive your bag, it is always missing something. Fries? Gone. Nuggets? Vanished. The burger you actually paid for? A myth, like Bigfoot but less satisfying. You will discover this only after escaping the drive-thru vortex, because returning would require another 40-minute pilgrimage.

McDonald’s, please stop pretending speed is part of your brand identity. At this point, you are a sit-down restaurant with a clown mascot and zero chairs.

Would not recommend unless you enjoy suspense, disappointment, and cold fries.

We go here pretty often and the staff seems friendly, and the indoor play space is a life saver. They layout is great, with a separate dining space around the play area, and even a bathroom, making it much easier to keep track of kids. It could, admittedly, be cleaner, but it’s well within expectations for a fast food establishment where I’m sure staff aren’t paid all that well.

If I could give 0 stars I would because this is a health food violation. We were there and our order was wrong even though they confirmed on the drive thru window. We went in to let them know and they took the food back and handed it to someone out the next drive thru order window for their order.

We will be making a corporate and health complaint.

Update: unfortunately I thought going back a different time would be better. I had a shattered spoon in my McFlurry and ate part of it. Luckily I was not sharing with anyone and was able to get the hard parts out of my mouth. This store is unsafe at this point

I wish I could give a ZERO for rating this location! Two days ago, I ordered a hamburger happy meal and it was absolutely disgusting and not edible! The hamburger was saturated in ketchup, no onions or pickles were added??? The whole burger was a mess and wet from too much ketchup and beyond disgusting! How can a child eat a burger like that? I will never come back to this location for any food orders. There is a 3.5 rating for a reason! Stay away!!!

9/3/19 was the first time eating at this location. We went through the drive through, and the staff was super nice. The lady that was collecting the money, not only acknowledged the drive but addresses everyone in the car. She was super polite. Then when we moved up to get our food the guy was super polite. We had to wait a few minutes for fresh hash browns.(no problem) The food was nice and fresh. This is a place that I would be returning to.

I do stop here frequently as I work in the area. I stopped today for my breakfast and the hash Browns were well done. Unfortunately, they don’t give receipts at the kiosk anymore so you can’t do your online survey. There is no reason to give somebody food that is overcooked like that.

This McDonald’s has always been convenient, but what really impressed me was the service from the young man with curly hair and glasses at the drive-thru. He is incredibly polite, efficient, and thoughtful. Despite a long line of cars, he never seemed rushed or impatient. He made sure my order was correct, explained what was in the bag, and wished me a great day with a sincerity you don’t often see in fast food. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and that reflects so positively on the whole restaurant. I’ll definitely keep coming back because of service like this.
