This is based solely on other McDonald’s I have been to. Food was about the same as others but fresh which was nice. Staff was friendly despite being busy. The restaurant was dirty. I expected the play area to be messy but it was actually the cleanest part

Blatantly disregarded my request for no pickle or onion on my burgers. They got my food out quickly when the line was empty, which let’s me know that they didn’t make a mistake because they were in a rush. They were just flat out not paying attention. Also they were rude and dismissive. I don’t expect 5 star service from McDonald’s, but I at least expect to get my order right when the drive thru is empty.

Ashley was wonderful! I have a lactose issue and didn’t realize a latte with no milk is not a latte! She explained to us and even made sure I was able to get a drink right for me.

They do still have a Play Place BUT the hours for the play structure are 11am to 7pm. Clean, food was as expected but service was slow. Seems like they need more staff bagging stuff.

Ive never wrote a review but If I could give ZERO stars I would.. Staff is beyond rude and they dont give you what you asked for. Constantly missing food in my order and ive found hairs (yes multiple hairs) in my burgers – TWICE now. For the price of their food NOT WORTH IT!! Save your time/money and literally go anywhere else. This staff here is heartless and gross.

It’s McDonald’s, so you know what you’re getting. This location has a nice play area for kids. The staff seemed pretty motivated, and did a nice job locating the groups for table orders .
There’s a decent amount of parking for a place that’s in a pretty driving oriented area, as St. John St is less retail-oriented than Congress St.

Not sure why they think their food is so special that it has to cost $24 for two people to get a big Mac meal. We both ate at Chipotle last night for the same money and the food was absolutely delicious and fresh with enough to eat again at lunch today. And for the same money I got a lousy big Mac and some cold Frenn fries wow not again.

Do not order from this place especially door dash when i order from doordash it chooses this mcdonald’s and every time they mess up my order there was one time it was a completely different order than what i got as well every time they don’t include your sauces they you order if I could give this place a 0 I would do not come here!!!!!
