Great good, and I love the atmosphere and decor. A great BBQ place that snacks ya in the face with that Smokehouse Smell as soon as you pull onto the lot!

I got a Cheeseburger with Sidewinder Fries. The Burger was good, it had cheese, bacon, and an Onion Ring on it. Nothing too extraordinary, but it was good. But those Sidewinder Fries were that bomb! Crispy onThe outside and fluffy on the inside. My husband got the Burnt Ends with Which Cheddar Mac and a cheese and Smoked Cabbage. (It also came with a big piece of, what looked to be, homemade bread.) Everything on his plate was good, but I could have eaten a washtub full of that Smoked Cabbage! Holy Cow it was FANTASTIC!!

As someone in a wheelchair, I had no issues with getting around. There was plenty of room to maneuver. There were Tables and Chairs as well as Booths, and the Hostess was sweet enough to move a chair for me.

We WILL be back! Next time I’m getting 2 Sides of that Cabbage!!

Well that definitely didn’t go as planned. I walked into a BBQ joint for a takeout order & walked out with the best Prime Rib dinner I’ve had in a looooong time. This is from a retired veteran who does nothing but travel North America on his Victory motorcycle with his dog on the back seat. So I’ve had food all over North America.
I’m not a huge BBQ fan, so when I seen the Prime Rib (limited availability) on the menu, I crossed my fingers and asked if it was available. It would have been perfect only IF the shrimp was offered grilled instead of fried.
But it was a delicious dinner anyway.
Thank you!

This seems to be a favorite of locals. Good parking availability, if pulling a trailer you can park at the nearby truck stop. Service and food prep time was ok. Food was just ok, lacked much flavor. Would rate 3.5 overall if that were an option.

Doesn’t look like much on the outside, but the inside is well done and very inviting and comfortable. Came here on a Tuesday night in June. We were seated right away and our server, a very tall, blond young man, greeted us right away. He was attentive and did a great job. We had fried green beans for an appetizer (they will fry anything in the Midwest), and they were pretty dang good. I got the pulled pork nachos . . . They were good, but the baked beans on them threw me off a bit. Next time I’d get the beans on the side. We would go back to this place for sure.

Great family atmosphere, the service is top notch and the food is really good. One of my measurements for really good BBQ is, “Can I eat the meats without adding sauce?” And here, the answer is YES. The burnt ends were tender and had been sauced just enough, and the ribs were great on their own as well. The potato salad did taste like it was out of a can. It had body and flavor

If you drive a truck, there is a truck stop across the street, making for a very short walk to get great food..

We had turkey club, cheese burger, fried pickles, fries and onion rings. None of them were very good. All the fried food tastes the same. Burger was flavorless. Best thing was turkey club and it was just ok.

We had a little wait before getting seated, but that just gave me more time to view the decor. The server, Christine, was friendly and attentive. The food was very good. Our meals included the Philly Steak, the Philly Burger and a chef salad. The salad was delicious but too big to eat all at once. The guys finished their food and we’re completely satisfied. Definitely a place to return to. Even the bathrooms kept the BBQ theme in a pleasant and clean manner!

Walked across from Pilot truck stop. Place is very nice. The BBQ smell as you walk in is amazing. We had the brisket dinner with fried corn, smoked cabbage, baked beans, potato salad and steak fries. I have absolutely no complaints with the food. With that said the sweet tea could have been better. Would definitely stop here again.
