First, our order was incomplete. We ordered 2 meals. One was missing mashed potatoes. Everyone knows to check your Popeyes order because it’s wrong 95% of the time. We didn’t check this time so that’s on us. My order was spicy strips and red beans and rice. One strip was spicy but the others were not. The beans and rice were a sad disappointment. The picture shown is the bowl stirred only. Nothing has been eaten at all. It’s about 1/3 full. All of the food tasted like it had been under the warmer for an extended amount of time. We won’t be returning to Popeyes.

This evening about 5:29 I stopped at Popeyes to get Red beans and rice, Sonia was a lovely person. Very professional. And kind hearted. I made my purchase got home fried my fish and was ready to eat my side dish. It was so under cooked my Redbeans and rice. It was very hard to chew. So I drove back to Popeyes on Western Center BLVD, And the manager Star was so Very Rude. Star made no apologies for my food order, She never uttered a word as to why I’m standing before her. She just snatched the bag off the counter and walked away. I was so taken back by Stars manners which she lacks. Then minutes later she placed the snack on the counter and walked away again. Sonia on the other hand apologized about the food. But I let her no it’s not your fault. She should have at least asked why,what , How may I, Can I get you anything else , I’m sorry your food wasn’t………. She just left me standing there.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this Popeyes (3021 Western Circle Blvd, Fort Worth, TX) on October 21, 2025, around 9:37 PM.

The employee who took my order, Felicia (or Felecia), was rude from the start. When she took my order in the drive-thru, she said “ma’am or sir,” and her tone already showed attitude before I even got to the window. I ordered a frozen lemonade, which wasn’t mixed — all syrup and ice. When I politely told her, she said, “What do you want me to do?” and told me they didn’t have any more frozen drinks. When I asked for a refund, she said, “We don’t do refunds.”

Another worker in a gray shirt came over and agreed to issue the refund. But while she was doing it, Felicia gave me the middle finger behind her back. I caught it on video using my Meta glasses. When I confronted her, she said, “I like my job. I just don’t like customers like you.”

I was very polite the entire time. I am African-American, and she is Hispanic, which made her comment feel discriminatory. To make matters worse, I received 2 tenders and 3 chicken bites instead of 5 tenders, and my food was cold.

When I asked for the manager’s contact information, I was told they couldn’t give it to me and that I’d have to “go online.” This entire experience was rude, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I have video and photo proof, and I hope corporate reviews this situation immediately.

Nice place overall, first time being at a Popeyes restaurant or having its food.

Nathan, taking my order was very nice, with a smile and very pleasant; in more than one occasion he said “enjoy your meal“, offered different sauces, and was ready to answer and provide any request (to-go bags, extra napkins, sauces, etc.)

Food was good, even though it tasted a bit too oily, after all it’s fried chicken. Regardless, I will go back and try chicken tenders. We had mashed potatoes and coleslaw as sides and both were good.

This message is solely to get the owner of this location attention and to address the employees they have servicing their customers! With that being said let me begin!

Saturday at approximately I placed my order at 6:14pm CST with cashier Maricella #13727 via drive-thru. I pulled up to the window to pay and as she was returning my card it appeared that she hovered my card over her cell phone that was sitting on the counter. She returned my card, closed the window, grabbed her phone and removed herself out of site from the window.

When she returned I honked my horn and gestured for her to come to the window so that I could address what I witnessed. She opened the window and I immediately asked her if she scanned my card. Not only did she respond with a “no”, she took it further to say ” I don’t have to scan your card I got my own money”, slammed the window shut and rolled her eyes like she was disgusted by me asking her that question.

I moved my car up a bit and parked my car and entered the facility to address the issue not only with her but also with her manager. First and foremost there should not be any type of cell phone or any other personal items at the register when dealing with other people money, in my case my debit card. With scams going on people cannot be trusted these days. My question was valid and I’m standing on that for sure!

Moving on , a few words were exchanged by the cashier (Maricella) and I as she was already giving the manager the run down of what just happened. So she tried to beat me to it far as briefing the manager on the situation. The manager was apologetic but at the same time I felt like she did not handle situation and just brushed it off. At the same time Maricella starring me down with a smirk on her face as if this is comedy show.

At the end of the day a person like that should not be working in the public with that type of nasty attitude with a replicable company such as Popeyes.

I’m watching my account for any funny business and will file a police report and ask for those cameras to be pulled if necessary. Even if this can/cannot be proven with the proper investigation, no personal technology should be at the register.

Although the owner name is not listed on this review page, I will be contacting corporate to get more information and file a complaint on Maricella. I frequent this location and definitely do not want her taking any of my personal belongings (Cash/Card) again!

The Popeyes hands down has THE BEST SEASONED CHICKEN EVER! It’s absolutely always fresh and hot. The issue is when we ate in, the air conditioner wasn’t working and we were told it has been off for 2 weeks! It’s way too hot and unhealthy to have no AC! The customer service is okay, definitely nothing special and the establishment is well kept. The main issue is them getting the air conditioner fixed for both employees and customers, as well as better customer service. We heard cursing when we were there, talks about things that should be discussed when you’re off the clock, not on the clock. They are worth drive thru eating, definitely not inside.

I left a review about my horrible experience at the Popeyes on 3021 Western Circle Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76131, and I still haven’t received any real response or follow-up. Popeyes claims they care about their customers, but it’s clear they don’t. The generic replies they leave on Google are just to make it look like they’re addressing issues — when in reality, nothing gets resolved.

It’s sad that a company this big would rather lose loyal customers than take accountability for their staff’s behavior and poor service. This shows a complete lack of respect for the people who keep their business running. I expected better from Popeyes, but clearly customer satisfaction is not their priority.

Our order was messed up with two unrecognizable pieces of chicken it looked like a half of a thigh. Management did say they would redo the order. After going through drive through again we literally seen the manager trying to give us the same chicken and heard her say we don’t know what a wing was no mask and breathing heavily over the food and she definitely had an attitude when we wanted the food replaced the fries we were supposed to get came out cold. Asked for dipping sauce got two sauces for 10 pieces of chicken and for some reason we didn’t get a piece of spicy chicken which is what we came here for. the young guy on the window was polite just lost he didn’t know what to do. Will be calling corporate. Oh and half a cup or red beans and rice I’m done

Hi not usually one to comment on service because things happen but genuinely worst service ive ever had. Did a mobile order and most of it was incorrect. went back through and the line took 20 minutes i was behind just one car. get to the window (for the second time) and the two female employees in the window were super rude and dismissive. i was very apologetic i hate returning food even though it wasnt my fault. i get the food fixed and they put my mashed potatoes in a USED CONTAINER that previously had mac and cheese in it. literally disgusting. dont work in sevice if you have a terrible attitude. get it right the first time babe.

Last night they were out of wings when I went but they had more today. I love the sweet and spicy ones. I don’t like how they bath in sauce but the flavor is good and they are crispy and yummy. I do not recommend the garlic parm ones. Yuck, they smell like stinky feet cheese and they cover them in this white creamy sauce that is not at all flavorful nor appetizing to look at. I wish I would have taken a picture of them before I wiped the sauce off.
