I love this location!! Their food is consistently good, the view from inside is beautiful, and the restaurant is very clean. The reason I am leaving this review is for the amazing worker who was so very sweet. Overall, 10/10 experience!

When the 5⭐-reviewed “shelter” turned me away after WALKING HERE from Westminster last night, damp, cold…et cetera – this place showed more empathy toward a human being OVER rules & trends I wish “God’s (self-) chosen people” would practice more in sincerity. Sometimes warmth, coffee, & humanity is all it’s really about folks.
And be nice to the morning drive-thru & front line crew.
It’s what some version of some deity’s offspring would do. “So I hear.”
I would stay to work the McDonald’s before entrusting my info to a place that is a literal church or charity hub after being (however cordially) turned away in the cold.

This is literally the best McDonald’s that I have ever gone to in my life. I have never been to a mcdonald’s that gave me fresh properly seasoned fries, Fresh hot meat for the burgers…and fresh pies , all at the same time when they were empty. I did not have to wait 15 minutes for everything fresh either, it just was. These people need a raise in what they make an hour, Because they are literally the poster of what mcdonald’s should be serving and treating their customers. The punk rock girl at the window was awesome too! I went between 240pm and 3pm on January 31, 2026. Give them workers what they deserve!! Cause you wont find anyone better!!

I ordered a #2 and my fries were half filled and cold. I tried to get help and was told that’s what I ordered she didn’t even look she just responded with anger and then when I asked her for a straw she just ignored me. I had more help from a guest that was eating there then with the snippy manager who blew me off. I eat here all the time …not anymore!!

I just left this McDonald’s and had such a surprisingly great experience. I let the staff know that I couldn’t have regular Coke and needed a Coke Zero, and they were so kind and thoughtful about it. They double-checked it for me multiple times without me ever having to remind them.
It might seem like something small, but a lot of places don’t take that extra second to care — and here, I truly felt seen. My drink was correct, the service was friendly, and the whole interaction just made my night. Thank you to the team here for going above and beyond!

My wife picked up an online order a few minutes ago. Brought it home and 2 out of 3 quarter pounders with cheese were totally undercooked. She called at was not really given any satisfaction besides if she drives the 10 miles back to the location they will help her.
It seems to me that if you can place an order online you should be able to get a refund online.

I ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe at 4:45pm today.. tell me why my burger has 2 pieces of breakfast sausage and 2 regular patties that were falling apart. 4 pieces of meat in total. I go back and tell someone about the burger and bring it to show them. They start arguing about who made it. It is just immature. It shouldn’t have been made that way regardless. Whoever made it definitely doesn’t belong in a kitchen. It smelled disgusting and felt dry as anything. Safe to say this store has went down hill ever since Mike left. If you want your moneys worth go to the York Rd Mcdonalds instead. I have never had an issue over there. This is actually disgusting. The lack of respect for the customers and the obvious laziness shows.

I’ve been there twice in the last 2 weeks. The first time the strawberry milkshake was so strong of strawberry flavoring that it was disgusting. Went there yesterday for a milkshake with no whip cream, got whipped cream anyway. Somebody there’s not paying attention. Sorry, just being honest with my with my two experiences there.
