Was a bit busy when we went, overall I like outback and recommend going. One minor complain is a table for 2 was really crowded for all the dishes and the waitstaff didn’t remove them to make room for the next dish. Like empty waters. Nothing critical. They were busy.

Im not gonna lie I was a little disappointed with the food especially the steak mostly because of the name steakhouse
I will say the service was great the Hispanic girl was fast helpful and very nice
The food was good but not great especially the steak it came out a little burnt for being well done it was biderline not edible
The rest of the food was good mash potatoes are really good and the ribs also really good
The mac and cheese was okay and the chicken and shrimp fettuccine was okay
Only reason im giving this a 4 star was for the good service and some of the food being really good

The food was truthfully mediocre for the price. I ordered some Mac and cheese, and it came our cold,so my waitress offered to replace it. Which I agreed to, but when it came out it was too salty. I also got water when I was seated, and I drink a fair bit of water with my food typically never once during my meal was my water refilled. Combined with the salty mac and cheese I was parched. My booths wall was also disgusting and looked to have not been cleaned in a while.

Best advice…get what they are good at! Top sirloin steak and coconut shrimp was delish! Bacon cheeseburger was OK but not as yummy as a Red Robin Tavern double with cheddar so why..go..there…
Super yummy dark sweet bread to start with and all I wanted was some cinnamon sugar to send it over the top.
Main suggestion would be to move the music selection over to something more interesting and conversation amenable…some smooth international and 80s mix would be more edgy than pop pop sugar pop. Thanks Outback!❤️ SH

On 12/31/2025 we decided to go out to Outback Steakhouse for a good tasting steak. I ordered the 13oz medium well Ribeye at $34.99. That honestly was the absolutely the worst steak I have ever had, the knife would hardly cut into the steak, my first bite was so full of gristle I had to take it out of my mouth, the steak was mostly fat. The taste was not what I expected from a Ribeye, there was even a slight taste of liver, I am not even sure it was a Ribeye, after I was done trying to eat it, I had over half the steak of fat left on the plate. I have had Ribeye other places, it should be very tender and tasty, melt in your mouth. Not this one. My wife had the 6oz medium well Sirloin at $19.99, she said it was really good, I guess I should have had that.
The service was good, very friendly. The meal with a soft drink came to $73.94 before the tip. Not At All Worth It.

I wanted a blooming onion and a burger but too much to eat so a blooming burger was a nice compromise, but my blooming burger was pink in the middle and black on the outside like they were using too high heat. Don’t recommend.

It’s Outback so decent food and service but nothing awesome. Weren’t many people there but still seemed to take a long time to get service. Maybe we were there at a time where breaks were happening? I got a blooming onion and a pasta dish with a diet coke. Had a free appetizer and a $25 gift card and still had to pay like 8 bucks! Not cheap at all.

Last visit in my wife and I ordered chicken for lunch. We were served a plate with a lone peice of chicken, no sides. The server appeared to seem satisfied with the serving. We ate the lunch and left. I felt like we were shorted but didn’t say anything. We went online and discovered the lunch came with one side, which was never mentioned. We called the manager who verified that we were shorted. He said he’d send us a coupon to make it right. Well 3 weeks have passed, guess what no coupon. We’ve been going there for many years and have always enjoyed it but it seems like that ship has sailed. Yes I should have questioned the server immediately, but more importantly when the manager makes a promise it should be kept. ***This is an update**** The manger has finally sent the promised coupon, but only after I contacted corporate. It could have just been an oversight on his part. I’ll go with that and we’ll probably give it another chance.

Food was good as usual but I ordered a popular bar drink right away and almost got it mid entree. I was one of the first 5 customers who ordered. I let the server know to cancel my drink order, was offered it for free but that was not the point. I won’t completely write Outback off but this could have been better.

Food was pretty good. Everything was cooked like we wanted it. It was all brought in a timely fashion. Our server was friendly and interacted well with our table. He was attentive, not only with us but the people around us.
