Salvadoran eatery serving pupusas & other classic dishes in relaxed, old-school surroundings.

We enjoyed the amazing pupusas from the Pupusa Factory and would rate them super high. The soup also was incredible.
Brenda gave us very good service, she was very professional, very patient and kind.
The only little thing is for the music that was playing in the restaurant. Good music but would’ve preferred latin music in a latin restaurant but that’s just me.

We dined at this restaurant and ordered carne asada, pupusas, and pargo. The food itself was good; however, the service was extremely disappointing.
Our waitress took a very long time to come to our table and appeared visibly annoyed throughout the interaction. When we asked for beverages, she repeatedly stated they were unavailable but did not offer any alternatives. We eventually declined drinks altogether, and there was no effort to accommodate us.
We had to call her multiple times to clear our plates, bring takeout boxes, and provide the check. When another waitress was approached for assistance because ours was not responding, she walked away without helping. Overall, the staff showed little to no concern for our experience.
The lack of professionalism and attentiveness made the visit very unpleasant. My parents, who were visiting from New York, were especially disappointed and asked not to return to this restaurant. Unfortunately, due to the poor service, I will not be coming back or recommending this place to others.

We always order for pick up but the food is amazing, flavor, amount we just love it so much our 4th time ordering, we love the tamales, the crema de mar is the best soup ever, the trays with cheese, beans, nachos we always order. These pictures are from all different orders this year 2024.

The food was mid, I had the carne asada with rice and fries. The steak was good, the fires was good. I just didn’t like the rice. I had Maracuya as my drink and it was ok. I wanted to order another one but the server came too late. And I didn’t feel like ordering more. Since I came with a big group I guess it thru the workers off cause they took forever to even bring some waters to us. But overall the experience wasn’t that bad just a few little things

Visited La Pupusa Factory with some disappointment – the pupusas were thin and undercooked, and the chicharron prensado lacked flavor. Menu was very confusing. While prices were reasonable, the overall experience falls short, and I won’t be returning.

DELICIOUS! Don’t let the location and restaurant fool you, this place makes incredible Pupusas and tamales! Our waitress was extremely kind but did not speak English. Luckily we were traveling with family that spoke Spanish. The food does take a bit longer to get to your table just because everything is made so fresh! I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic I’ll Salvadori and food!

Real restaurant from El Salvador. Place looked very clean good place to eat. food is great and menu is very affordable. Good place to eat some authentic food from Salvador. Service was okay as well, just keep in mind you are in Hialeah so waitresses might not speak English but menu is easy to read has a lot of pictures so you definitely would be able to get what you want.

Really good pupusas (salvadorian traditional dish) and steak. Fresh food. Waitress were very nice and attentive. They paid attention to all our request and pretensions. Restaurant was clean and food came out really quick. They serve you some chips and salsa while you wait for the good. This was probably one of the best salsas I have ever tried (not too hot, not too mild)

I when there with my wife; and I was very disappointed with the food this time; the pupusas were good as always, but the food, my wife got a pargo fish and was very small for a 30 dollars fish. No salad no ice, my plate was almost cold, all beans. Too bad I didn’t take a pic. The only thing I would get there again are the pupusas.
