Second time in a month I’ve had issues with this location. Ordered delivery to my home, an item was missing. Tonight 12/30/25, I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. Went straight home which is literally 5 minutes from this McDonald’s. The bottom bun was so stale I had a hard time biting through it. It was as hard as a rock. Top bun was softer but not by much. The entire sandwich was stone cold. It’s obvious the sandwich had been sitting around for hours. I ended up giving most of it to my dog!

Do not buy from them. I have gotten three meals from them all of them were missing food, drinks and sauces. The workers are rude and terrible at their jobs.
The pan cakes were stiff and old. The nuggets are small and old. Even the soda tastes old.

I usually love coming here but I’m going to stop. They threw an opened bag of apples in my son’s happy meal. Wide open bag. They’re always missing items for DoorDash or giving someone the wrong thing. Nice crew, just disappointed with the service and quality.

Your food will sit done for 10 minutes before they even start to bag it. Don’t order take out or door dash from here because your food will come cold. Noone in here and I’m waiting 10+ minutes for an order that says ” now serving” and my door dash app said order ready. 10 mins ago, so they can cheat their system and make it look like they got it done. But the orders sitting on the tray burgers are wrapped the dude just walks around doing other work cleaning etc before he decides to actually put the now cold burgers in the bag. Unbelievable

Typically this McDonald’s is really good, but today when my girlfriend went to pick up my bacon, egg, and cheese bagel sandwiches the workers messed the order up by putting SAUSAGE on it..and didn’t even give her a receipt…when she went back to get it fixed one of the girls up front (which she was super rude about it and apparently on the phone with her BF on the clock..) was like “we can’t do this without a receipt” despite explaining the situation and we even had it all in the bag still, which okay sure I can understand that but if it weren’t for the fact my girlfriend had used a code on her phone for the meal (which was basically proof of the receipt) they would’ve never went back to fix it, to me this was just pure laziness. The manager was really sweet though and props to her for stepping up and apologizing, that’s the type of manager I like to see! The other worker though…not so much.

Tonight’s crew was terrible! Ordered cheeseburgers with no pickles the had pickles, not a single napkin, no sauce for the tenders that were cold, the fries were cold. Get it together. I’d fight and advocate for your $15 an hour for you all too if these problems weren’t so frequent! Its all down to poor leadership that accept this level of employee.
Edit to respond to the owners response: the chain is infamous about issues like this its a known issue for a long time and nothing has been done. That link won’t fix it either.

Both Dayna and Natasha are THE WORST “managers” I have ever met in my lifeeeeee!!!! They treat CUSTOMERS like they would their ENEMIES!!! With Danya She gave me attitude and my husband attitude about our order that they messed up! She said that we do that to get free stuff when it was just complete trash and uncooked. Everything is out of order when they work in their food is just trash simply. Natasha Told me that my two kids meals would be 35 bucks but when I went that night, it was only 19 bucks this and I got bigger fries so I know she was just doing that to be mean and because she could at the time she rang everything up four times so I couldn’t even afford my kids meal for lunch. They just ate two sandwiches for 24 bucks. It’s insane the way they treat people and get away with it. I’ve called corporate. I don’t know how many times and they’re still not scrubbing toilets as they should. I refuse to go back when they’re working. But it has helped me to just cook a chicken sandwich at home from Walmart. The Tyson ones are banging and it’s way cheaper and it’s fresh so thank you so much you disgusting human beings. David and Mary are the best managers, however, I would still avoid this McDonald’s unless it’s later than breakfast or lunch time.

I gave it one more shot.
This will be the last time.
I ordered 3 McDoubles w/extra onion & pickles.
Get home to find there is none at all.
The employee actually took the time to place the order on each wrapper specifying extra pickle & onion. They still couldn’t make it right.
Not to mention they look incredibly disgusting & are dried out & stale.
How incredibly ignorant are the people working there?
Terribly prepared food with an equally long wait. Garbage!
To all of those causing this, please get a different job!!!!
People just want a decent snack and to receive what they ordered and overpayed for.
