Their potato soup is normally very good, and used to really be loaded with the potatoes & carrot were identifiable. For about a year now, it’s like they should call it Potato “Flavored” soup. The potatoes are almost non existent & if you didn’t know, you’d never be able to tell that the tiny little orange specks are carrots! Our server, Tara, was great…very friendly and lotsa smiles! However another server (not taking care of us, thank God) was just plain rude. She plowed thru the aisles like she was the only person there. She almost caused my husband to dump/drop his hot soup & didn’t even have the decency to apologize or say “Excuse me”. The salad bar was clean & fresh.

My family and I visited for a nice lunch. We had an amazing server, Jenah. She was very attentive and had excellent taste in jewelry. She was very friendly and offered us great service! Really pleasant experience all around. The turkey club plus St. Passy milkshake is to die for. Keep up the good work 🙂

Kyleigh was out server. She did an exceptional job. She greeted us with a wonderful smile, took our order and delivered our meals quickly. She also kept checking to make sure all was okay. The check was delivered with a smile, and she said thank you very much when she took the payment for the meal. Kyleigh did an outstanding job!

As someone in the hospitality industry, I pay attention to service — and this team gets it .My server , Morgan, from the greeting at the door to the final check-back felt intentional and genuine. The staff communicated well, supported each other, and stayed present even when busy with other tasks. It’s clear there’s strong leadership here and a culture of teamwork here. That kind of consistency doesn’t happen by accident

This is a review of the parking lot. 5 STARS.
I used this lot as a “staging area” to waste a little time and inhale Wendy’s while I waited to pick someone up from Pitt. I parked in the farthest reaches of the lot, up the hill, past the dumpster. I felt like a lord overlooking a small kingdom. The Wendy’s was fine, but it was the scenery and subtle slope of the lot that made the experience. There is A LOT of parking here. Are they still getting that many customers in 2025? Maybe. Who am I to say? Last time I was in an Eat’n Park, the salad bar was a staggeringly high price. I know it’s “all you care to eat,” but that price point really makes one feel pressure to perform. I don’t know if they still have the tortilla chips and nacho cheese–that was always a good way to feel like you were earning your value when getting the Eat’n Park salad bar.
Again, the parking lot is solid. They know what they’re doing. Final issue: don’t we need a second apostrophe in “Eat’n’Park”? If apostrophes are still working how they used to work–as possessives or signaling a contraction–then don’t we need to add a second one to fill in for the “d” in “and”? I’m sure E’n’P corporate has discussed this, probably decades ago, but I didn’t want to close out this review without touching upon it.

Never a wait for a table. There’s always a lot of tables and very little customers. Food is nice portions with average prices. Pick up takes a little time when you go in there’s never anyone waiting at the register to see your there to pick up, you usually wait a few minutes until a waitress walks by to see your there and in a few minutes they come up and hand you your already packaged food and ring you up quickly and your on your way. Pick up time is around ten minutes even though your food is ready and there’s not a lot of customers there

Always a good experience here from the food to service . I love to have Kyleigh as my server she does such a great job making our day from meal suggestions to interacting with my young daughter. If you’re looking for great service to go along with a nice meal I would recommend to ask for Kyleigh!

They served me a pint of milk as cream of broccoli soup and refused to make it right. The girl who answered the phone prior to transferring me the manager told me “we’ve been having complaints about it all day. I already reported that it needed taken off the line.” Bernie, the manager told me and I quote, “there’s nothing we can do about the QUALITY. If that’s what we’re serving, that’s what we have.” I mean if she doesn’t care about the quality of the food being served, what else is there to care about? That should be top priority next to safe serve. Appalled at her attitude towards what is being served to paying customers.

The picture speaks for itself and I tipped. 7 burnt onion rings for 5$+ . I know this isn’t what your cooks/servers are eating
