0 stars if I could! Without a doubt the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Drove thru Sat @ 2:30 p.m. and was told to wait for our order in space #1.When it finally came out, 1/2 the order was missing, not one napkin in the bag and the bag had sticker on the receipt that said DOUBLE-CHECKED FOR ACCURACY! When I told the young lady that it was not a complete order, she looked and acted like someone just dropped her off on Mars and left her there. I had to literally tell her what she needed to do to fix it. After waiting for someone to come back with the rest of the order, I finally walked in and asked for the manager who was oblivious to any problem and I had to explain the whole episode to her. As I waited for my fillet, I noticed literally more employees bumping into one another and looking lost then there were patrons! When the manager finally brought back my missing fillet of fish we tried to eat them in the car and they smelled and tasted so fishy we tossed them and went to Carl’s Jr. Mine looked like someone stepped on it before wrapping it. My wife who worked @ McDonalds when she was a teen said that happens when the product was not stored properly or was left out too long before cooking. We have eaten here 5X and 3 out of 5 have been horrible so we are done! Poor management, poor service, and terrible food! Save your $$$
Response to owners offer of help: Thank you but your focus should be on addressing the problems at your store with your supervisors and staff. Requiring me to complete an online form that requires detailed information that nobody would keep (store #, receipts, etc.) is a waste of both of our time when we are not recoverable customers. We are not the first to complain about this type of problem and you should already know that things are not right at your store. Focus on first hand observation and staff retraining to save your future customers!

I work near this location. When I get off the bus at about 6:25, I stop by there to get a quick breakfast. I’m about to work a full shift and I’m hungry. I don’t have a vehicle to go somewhere else.
Over the last 3 months, the front door has been locked at least 5 times with no one inside seeming to care. I’ve had to have at least 3 orders of coffee drinks refunded because, “the coffee machine randomly went into cleaning mode”. Several times the order was wrong and when I’d go to the counter to get it corrected, all of a sudden no one could see me.
Just today I went again and the door was locked. The worker cleaning the parking lot had to bang on the window to get their attention to let him in.
With as much money as they want for their food now, maybe just pay attention to customers other in the drive thru?

The Mocha/Frappe machines are always down- morning, afternoon, or night. Just
like the ice cream machine. I stopped coming here before because of that, and looks like it still is an issue. It will be a while before I come here again. They are always out of something.

when i order a BACON mcdouble with ketchup only, it’s supposed to still have bacon on it. sorry but why would i order a BACON mcdouble and want no bacon on it? i would’ve ordered a regular mcdouble. read your orders correctly. if i wanted no bacon, i would’ve said so.

My teen and I were just served raw and cold quarter pounders! The drive through was slow and the service was terrible. I swear to good if I get sick I threw up when I realized what was wrong with my food!

Never order a coffee or a frappe through the app everything I do it takes 20 minutes from the time I arrive not even from ordering from arrival to finished 20 minutes on a coffee or a frappe. And there machine is broken half the time too.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for years. I’ve enjoyed getting the hot fudge sundae to share with my son, a sweet little weekly outing that’s somehow always made paying over $5 for a couple of spoonfuls of soft serve feel almost justifiable. One major plus? Their ice cream machine was never mysteriously “down,” which is practically legendary in McDonald’s lore. Unfortunately today was different. As I got to the drive through window to pick up my order, I was handed a sundae so tragically underfilled it looked like it had commitment issues. I asked the worker if he could top it off, assuming someone just got in a rush and didn’t finish filling it. But instead, I was informed that management instructed him not to fill sundaes all the way. Bro. What? A toddler-sized fist of ice cream for over $5? At this point, I’m just paying for disappointment. Sadly, our sundae tradition ends here. So long McDonald’s.
