I know that tonight was Christmas and they were busy but they watched me sit there for well over an hour and no one thought to check on me or as me why I was there? I had put in a to go order and the place had died down so they wasn’t as busy any longer. I kept thinking they had called my order to put on the grill and was giving them the benefit of the doubt for it being Christmas. Once I saw they cleaned the grill, there was a to go order that I thought may have been mine so I asked…nope- that was an online order. So they didn’t bother asking why I was there sitting for so long with my card out waiting and my order was never put it. Awful customer service! They said “we can put it on there now.” Nothing else was offered. Not trying to get anything free but, really? No thank you. They wanted to blame 2nd shift. But it’s not 2nd shift’s fault on just watching me sit there for over an hour without saying a word to me. Putting my order in during shift change was my fault, I guess. That’s how it was made to seem anyways.

The staff was amazing, the place was clean except the expected plate or two that was being cleaned up after the previous people leaving as we entered. Beat part hands down was the way Carmen seasoned and cooked my steak! Extremely pleased with my whole experience and we definitely will be returning in the next day or two!

Treated myself to a Thanksgiving breakfast at Waffle House. Service was outstanding, food was hot & yummy, & I took home a lot of leftovers. I attempted to buy a Waffle House gift certificate but they didn’t have any & suggested I go to Walmart or Walgreens to buy one. I did think that was strange.

Waffle house.. A family favorite, all though this location failed. Employees was more concerned with gossip, and clowning off rather than customer service and interest to get the order correct. Everyone that ordered a plate was missing part of their order or parts wasnt correct. This isn’t a place to eat if you want all of your food and want it correct. Not to mention that when they a rinsing off the plates with the sprayer they accidentally sprayed our table and got our autistic son with it. When we said something they just wanted to laugh. This location is a poor excuse of a business under a franchise.

We really enjoyed this Waffle House. Our server was great. Super friendly and he had the prices memorized. The food was excellent, as always! The hashbrowns were perfectly cooked with the crunch to non crunch ratio.
