First time coming here because the restaurant has quite good reviews on Google Map. Cozy feeling, beautiful neat space, but seems a bit dark. The service attitude from reception to service is very good and satisfied. Good price. The quality of the food is very good. I highly recommend “Harami in Secret Pot*” and have ordered it twice.
Overall assessment, this restaurant is worth coming back to again and again. However, I only rate you 4* because the meal equipment did not satisfy me. I’m a chopstick eater, but it’s very difficult to use your disposable bamboo chopsticks. It is small, sharp and very difficult to pick up food. The scissors for cutting beef are too blunt and look cheap, very different from all the products made by the Japanese. Maybe I’m a bit picky, but my assessment must be accurate! And I’ll still come back for the delicious food!

First time ever coming here. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Andy L was absolutely amazing! He was welcoming, caring and the most respectful patience while I learned how to look over the menu. Andy took his time in giving us recommendations that better suited our pallet. I made Andy aware of shrimp allergies and he was super thoughtful and caring to address all items that contained shrimp and
Or shells. He made recommendations based on the allergies as well. Food safety was also discussed, introduced us on safe handling of the pit and how to properly grill. He was thoughtful and caring. His hospital was above and beyond.

We had Amy and Vanessa as our server; each time they visited our table, we were greeted with huge smiles and friendly service! The food came out quickly and they gave us great food recommendations. Since we had two December birthdays in our party, they also treated us to a special s’mores and ice cream dessert plate and sang happy birthday! Excellent service, food, and overall experience, the perfect way to spend a night with family!!

We had never been to a BBQ place like this before so we had no clue what to do.
Our waitress was very helpful and answered every question we had and explained what was going to happen and how it would work with the food.

I visited for lunch recently and was disappointed. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants for birthday celebrations, but the quality of service and food has declined.I came in for Lunch and I was standing in the front for over 10 minutes with noone greeting me or giving me a type of acknowledgement. I was standing there with another female guest. Both just standing patiently waiting.
After getting seated took a while before the waiter (Moises) finally came by and serve me. The food came out a reasonable time but the waiter did not have any customer service. He did not come back and asked how the meal was or asked if I needed anything else. They only gave me one napkin so when another staff walked by I asked for more napkin. I did not get the napkin and had to ask for a second time.
I notice the waiter was changing out the grill and he was slamming it on the table across from me and I was like it must be a accident. But when he came and change mine he just threw my grill on and left. (See photo) It wasn’t even sitting on the grill correctly.
Not to mention I ordered a side of rice and never got it. I had to wait for the waiter to come by and ask for it. Very disappointed in the service here, it was one thing after another. This was one of my favorite food chain but not I will probably won’t come back to this location. Hopefully corporate or manage will fix the issue.

This place is one of my favorite ones with very good food and service. I’ve come here several times and the staffs are all great. Tony (hopefully I remember his name correctly) is the new staff and was trained by Andy, they are both amazing, happy and caring. It was a little bit noisy at the time we came in, making it hard for me to hear what they said but they patiently served us very well.

Andy L was amazing from the get-go! He took care of us and is exceptional at customer service. He was always checking in, give that man a raise! Food was amazing, we got the Chef’s Special (~$50-$60 per person including tax). Skirt steak & Prime Galbi were our favorites. We’ll be making plans to come back for some peak! There was practically no wait!
