Had dinner and drinks here and hadn’t been in a Chili‘s in ages. Was pleasantly surprised! Diamond was attentive and took great care of us, thank you!! Had some great bites. Pictured is the double ribs with chicken tenders combo, so good!! Mac and cheese not so good, might have been an off night! Great experience overall though, would return!

I can’t rave enough about the effervescence, experience, and atmosphere my family enjoyed at Chili’s in NRH for our twin daughters’ Sweet 16. Truly — this location delivered the kind of service that reminds you why you go out to celebrate in the first place. Since the day they were born, Chili’s has been “their restaurant.” Birthdays, milestones, celebrations — they’ve always chosen it. And because we live central to multiple locations (Fossil Creek, Watauga, Lake Worth, Alliance), we’ve tried them all over the years. Honestly, those other locations have consistently been disappointing. We choose Chili’s as a place to enjoy time together as a family, but we’ve too often dealt with servers who seemed irritated, distracted, on their phones, or more engaged with coworkers than the table in front of them. Meals have come out dead or incomplete, leaving one person to eat alone, completely defeating the purpose of a family celebration. As someone who spent 20 years in the restaurant industry (including Chili’s), I don’t say that lightly. I’m patient, understanding, and I know how hard the job is. But repeated poor service wears you down & more than once I’ve left frustrated, feeling like our celebration wasn’t valued. So, you can imagine my hesitation when our daughters begged to have their Sweet 16 at Chili’s again. I genuinely worried their birthday dinner would be ruined before we even walked in. We came to NRH at their special request to celebrate, where Patrick (a former coworker of mine) worked. After learning he transferred to NRH, we decided to try the “new to us” location. WOW… am I glad we did. From the moment we arrived, the difference was obvious. Logan was warm, welcoming, & our table was set and ready when we got there — something I have never experienced at other Chili’s locations. I’ll admit: based on past experiences, this mama expected to need an adult beverage to survive the service. Turns out… I didn’t need it. Scotty was phenomenal. He greeted us immediately, took our order accurately, the food came out, together, hot, & placed at the correct seat (not “auctioned off” across the table). That alone deserves applause for a party of 12. We were never ignored, rushed, or interrupted mid-bite; our table stayed manicured throughout the entire meal. I stepped away to provide our candles from home & request they be added to the dessert. I was approached by multiple staff members — a busser, another server, and a tall, lavish, bald-headed gentleman, each asking if I needed help with anything. That level of attentiveness is rare anywhere, and it was incredible to experience it at a Chili’s. For the first time ever, our family was able to relax and genuinely enjoy Chili’s the way we’ve always wanted to — as a celebration restaurant where everyone feels taken care of and present together. To make the celebration even more magical, Culinary Manager Patrick made their wish come true. Taking a moment out of his busy night to come by personally, light their candles, and sing Happy Birthday to them. It was simple, heartfelt, incredibly meaningful, and genuinely became the highlight of their birthday dinner. Watching our daughters light up in that moment is something I won’t forget. As a former restaurant manager, I noticed the flawless teamwork all around us: bussers supporting servers, food running smoothly, management staying engaged and active—not just “supervising,” but serving the operation. The flow was seamless. This one visit completely changed our perspective on Chili’s. My husband “McFruggal,” tipped 100% of the tab ($130) without hesitation — something I’ve seen him do maybe never. When I asked if he was sure, he said, “This is the best service we have ever received at Chili’s. Scotty is worth every dollar. We’re only coming here from now on — and he’ll be our server!” So thank you to the entire team at the Chili’s in NRH, especially Scotty & Patrick. You didn’t just give us good service. You gave our daughters the Sweet 16 dinner they deserved, and you reminded us what hospitality is supposed to feel like.

Good service. Waitstaff was friendly. My husband and I weren’t too hungry, so we split a burger, and it came on two separate plates, which was nice. Chili’s offers a military discount!

Our recent visit to the Chili’s off Davis Blvd in North Richland Hills was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Despite being packed with customers, the restaurant was impressively clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere from the moment we walked in.
We started our meal with the mozzarella sticks, which were the perfect way to kick things off – wonderfully cheesy, perfectly fried, and served with a delicious marinara sauce. They disappeared quickly!
The service we received was truly over the top. Our server was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. You could tell they were working hard, yet still managed to provide exceptional and personalized service.
For our main courses, my son thoroughly enjoyed his creamy and satisfying Chicken Alfredo and vibrant broccoli. My choice of the classic Chicken Crispers with the rich, golden fries and cheesy white mac and cheese was equally delightful. Every dish was exactly what we were hoping for and tasted fantastic.
It’s not always easy for a restaurant to maintain such high standards when they’re busy, but the Chili’s on Davis Blvd truly excelled. From the spotless environment to the outstanding service and delicious food (including those amazing mozzarella sticks!), everything contributed to a wonderful dining experience. We highly recommend this location and look forward to our next visit!

The drinks at chilis can’t be beat! Bartender was very knowledgeable and helpful with what I wanted and they never disappoint. Every time I crave a good margarita, I find myself coming to chilis.

I have lived three blocks from this chilis for over 10 years. I have refused to go here because i dont like chain places like this. My father was in town and we wanted to watch the ole miss game. We pulled up around 9:30 and got seated in the bar area near the bar. I will say the place was closing at 10. There were about 6 groups watching the game. We were seated fast.
I got a 10$ burger meal pick 3. Got a side salad. My dad did the same but with chips.
I got to say we were filled up and the burgers were big, fries were good. Salad was mid, so i would stick to chips and salsa…
Service was great. drinks were filled .
Best thing… they stayed open past 10 to watch ole miss lose. Great great service. I most likely will be back.

The bartenders Aaron and Sarah are so welcoming and attentive. I haven’t sat in the regular tables because I’m treated so well at the bar. They bring the food quickly and make the drinks fast. On top of that I really just enjoy their company. I have a Chili’s closer to where I live but I come to this location because it really is the best.

Our experience here is usually good, but today the bartender, JaDore was terrible! She has ONE single speed and no concern for customer service. Waited more than 5 minutes for drinks, other people were served before me (after ordering after) and would not setup for me to pay on the tablet…probably because she thought she’d get a bad review. If she’s here on a Saturday night, don’t sit at the bar! Awful! Also never saw a manager!

Probably the cleanest chilis I’ve been to. The food is great and tasted fresh. The service is outstanding, everyone was so nice and attentive. AWESOME management. There’s a reason this location is the highest rated.
This chilis was newly remodeled, it’s so much better than what it was before (2016-2024). There’s a 60s-70s cowboy flare with that “updated” look (to today’s standards). It brings chilis back to life.

Bathrooms were clean. Dining area was clean. We were seated in a timely manner for a large group, and all the waitstuff was incredibly friendly and accurate with our orders. They checked on us often to make sure we had drinks napkins. And whatever else we needed
