Who doesn’t want to check out an authentic Irish pub / restaurant. This down town spot has so much history to absorb – I loved it!
We came for a late lunch and were seated in the bar area at a booth with a nice large windows to enjoy the view. We took advantage of the lunch specials.
Our waiter/ bar keep, was very busy so not as attentively available but the service was still good. We ordered Boxtui cakes, clam chowder, fish. N chips, shepherds pie – and bread pudding. We weren’t wild about the boxtui cakes and wasabi sauce. The clam chowder was delicious with small pieces of celery and a tad of spice, it was warm and welcoming . I loved it! The fish and chips were good with flavor and the shepherds pie was beautiful and delicious. This was my first time tasking shepherds pie but it was beautifully presented in a small personalized hot dish, topped with a mashed potatoes in the center. It had a lot of flavor and was rich, the mashed potatoes balanced it perfectly.
The bread pudding- delicious! It was a generous portion served hot with ice cream and bourbon butter sauce.

Pleasantly surprised! We went for restaurant week. I made a reservation in advance and Im glad I did – they were PACKED. My reservation was for 6:30pm on Saturday, we decided to check at 5pm since our day opened up earlier than planned – they had about an hour wait if you didnt have a reservation.

Ambiance is nice in there. Its fun to look around at all the decorations and photos, and its warm low lighting which I really enjoyed. Despite it being busy I didnt feel overwhelmed in there.

Connor was our server and he was great! He was absolutely slammed but still had time to refill our drinks multiple times and check on us. He didnt even seem phased. Even though it was restaurant week, our food came out almost immediately and it was only an hour between us sitting down and leaving.

We ordered Irish Poutine off the regular menu, and then for the RW menu we got the clam chowder, reuben egg roll, corned beef, chicken pot pie, bread pudding, and cupcake. Overall, all of the food was good! My partner’s only con was that our food didnt come out piping hot (it was still warm, but wasnt i-need-to-blow-on-this hot). We think they likely were churning out batches of RW items to keep fast service that maybe led to food getting a little cooled off before reaching the table, which is understandable. For only $25 per person, we think this was a pretty good bang-for-buck meal. I preferred the chowder over the egg roll but whatever sauce that came with it was quite good. I didnt think I would like the bread pudding as a texture person but I was pleasantly surprised! The pot pie was pretty big for price imo and flavor was good (i personally like a lot of black pepper in mine, so I added a bit under the pastry), plus the little clover on top is adorable. The poutine was good, slightly too rich but thats what happens when youre eating a bunch of gravy lol. The fries were a perfect crisp. Its one of those places that isnt blow-your-mind, but its warm and comforting and an enjoyable experience. Its on our list to come back!

Friendly, laid back atmosphere with traditional Irish and Irish-American food blends. Average prices, with excellent service. They’re willing to substitute menu items at no additional charge. Rooms available for large parties.

O’Donnell has become a favorite for Sunday breakfast. They have interesting choices that are different from the usual diner breakfast offerings. Our favorites have been the Irish Breakfast Boxty, Bacon Lover’s Scramble, and Orange Zest French Toast.

They have a membership offer that earns rewards. The birthday perk is especially nice.

My husband and father in law and I had the BEST experience here this evening! The Pub is exactly what you would want in an Irish Pub. Our beautiful server was amazing! I am so upset I didnt ask her name! She deserves a personal shout out as her service along with great food and great atmosphere made our day. If we lived here in Spokane this would be a regular spot and we would have joined the regulars club!

Had the corned beef and cabbage. Oh my god it was amazing! They served a corn bread like sliced biscuit with whipped honey butter that was delightful (and I’m not even a bread guy). Service was prompt. Wait time on food was fast. Price per portion very good. Atmosphere is everything you’d expect from an Irish pub. I’ll be back for sure!

A quick trip to Spokane to help out a friend and ended up at O’Donnell’s. Turns out Tuesday nights at 7 they do a Trivia night! Couldn’t stay for all 3 parts of the trivia but had fun anyways.

Highly recommend for a triva date night or hanging out with friends.

The food and drinks were amazing!

This was our first time here. The food we had in the restaurant was so delicious that we didnt want to stop eating. My other half took home some Shepard pie but was disappointed. The parking is sketchy as the location is downtown/court house area. Regardless of the parking and Shepard pie issue this place was great! Their mozzarella sticks were so cheesy, with the perfect breading, and let’s not forget that amazing marinara sauce! My other half had the Irish meatloaf which was fabulous; you could taste the lamb but it wasnt overpowering the other flavors, the gray used was delectable along witht he mashed potatoes. I had the Monte Cristo which was great; the breading was a little mushier than id like but the raspberry jam was amazing. The Monte Cristo came with fries and the fries were perfectly cooked. To say the least we will be returning as there are many more options I’d love to try but I will always get the most amazing mozzarella sticks.
