Every chain bbq is average from my experience. Ordered the 2 meat plate. We get better ribs at local bbq stores to be frank. The sausage was also average. Baked beans and fries came with the platter. Loved the fries though. Plus the price is high too. Overall just an average experience

About 3 years ago this was a great lunch/dinner choice but as of late the food has gotten to be just average. I don’t think I have changed but the ribs just aren’t as good as they once were, service is usually pretty good, but my wife has also noticed the difference too. If I’m getting one of the chicken sandwiches on texas toast it’s still great and I’ll go for it, but if I want ribs I’ll head on down to Billy Sims. The salads are usually pretty good also. it’s not off my list but if I want ribs… then I go elsewhere.

Atmosphere is because of the infestation of roaches. This is multiple nights of having this issue but finally started taking pics and trying to record the idiots. I missed one at the side of the bar but I will post last nights and tonight’s at the bar. It needs to be shut down for MAJOR wall injecting spraying.

The Rib Crib never disappoints me, from Beautiful Hot TX to Wonderful OK! Let’s start with the house salad , it was just delicious and fresh. The Ribs were cooked to perfection, no need to add BBQ sauce, plus the sauce is really not the best, It’s a little too sweet that takes away the flavor! And the potato salad really needs an improvement! Great Service , and nice clean place!

GOOD BBQ. It took a while to get our food, but was worth it.
I called in a pick up order after the lunch rush. I went in to pick it up and felt extremely rushed. My order wasn’t ready yet but I was told I could go ahead and pay for it. Which I did and then they told me to go back to my car and they would bring it out. Again, I felt rushed. There was indoor seating and it wasn’t busy at all.

I was never asked which spot I was parked in or what vehicle I was in. I made sure all windows were open because there were 3 other cars.
The food was very good. The order was just like I asked.

I took my daughter and granddaughter yesterday. They have a new menu. I tried a few things from the menu. The smokey chicken grille sandwich, the mother lode, and the brisket and bird. They are smaller portions, but real good.

UPDATE!! NEW MENU. First i noticed when ordering my burger they got rid of the red onions! SUPER disappointed. The flavor of the burger will be less. Whoever in the company decides these things. Needs to work for a fast food chain. Major mistake.
SO SAD. My burger was worst I’ve ever had at Rib Crib. I eat here sometimes twice a week. This burger failed. It was a mess. White onions were not good and cut thin. Bread on top side was straight out of the bag. Not toasted with butter. Salads changed as well. BBQ bacon had no BBQ on it.!?!? So sad to take 3 stars away. All Mgr wants to do is take money off or free desert. NO! I WANT GREAT DELICIOUS BURGER. MGr looked at me like I was stupid. Sad day for me. Thankfully Chili’s opened in town and has a great burger that I can turn to

15 years of doing valentines day with my wife this was the worst meal yet. Ribs were tough and half unbeatable. Spud was cold and pulled pork was a cold ball of meat and grease . Beans were bland . Burger was undercooked and cold in center . Only thing that was good was the appetizer loaded cheese fries.

My experience at this Rib Crib location was nothing short of a nightmare. The chips and salsa were grotesque— the chips were hard as rocks, stale, and so thick that I genuinely feared they might crack my teeth. When our food finally arrived, the disaster continued. My wife and I both ordered the brisket sandwich, and what we received was a revolting, greasy mess. The sandwiches were more fat than meat, with barely any actual brisket—just a greasy, unappetizing pile that made me lose my appetite instantly. To make matters exponentially worse, as we were eating, we looked over and saw cockroaches crawling freely on the wall near the kitchen. The sight was utterly revolting and confirmed that this place is a filthy, unsanitary health hazard. The entire place reeked of filth and neglect. We immediately demanded the check and left as fast as we could, feeling sick to our stomachs. I would rather eat garbage than ever return to this place again. Do not risk your health—stay far away from this disgusting, pest-infested dump.

I hate to say this because I used to love rib crib, but lately all of them have gone downhill. They are taking things off the menu like the corn, red onions, etc other things but not adding anything in return to taking those items except higher prices. The ribs are not fall off the bone like they used to be and frankly taste like they have been leftovers and reheated and reused to save them money. Most of the time when I get the Mac & cheese it’s hot but recently it has been luke warm or still cold even. Maybe we should call that guy that goes and saves restaurants before it’s too late lol? I wish it was how it used to be 6 years ago, and it’s not just this rib crib either but this was the most recent one and was disappointed in the ribs mainly.
