Food was great! I had the Cowboy burger. It was huge! Super delicious. We got there at shift change, the server informed us that it might be a minute or two but we didnt wait at all. Very clean and friendly.

Service was simply outstanding! Our server Arielle was top notch. When we arrived, she immediately let us know that she was new and just started working there. Although she was the only person working the floor that day, she went above and beyond and really impressed us. She was attentive, thorough, knew the menu offerings inside and out, and made sure all our needs were met in a timely manner with a “genuine” friendly cheerful personality! I was so impressed I asked to meet the Manager before leaving to let him know she was an outstanding server and made our visit 5 stars!
The food came out hot, on time, great portion sizes, presentation was good, and everything was fresh and appetizing. When leaving our server offered to bring us to go containers which were sturdy made of tight sealing plastic. Not the typical cheap Styrofoam clam shell type most establishments use, which crush easily in the vehicle when transporting home. A very nice delighter that keeps food safe and intact for enjoying later.
The establishment was also very clean, tables all set properly, and condiments fully stocked at each table. Indoor lighting was bright and pleasant, not overpowering. The table we originally sat at, eventually had some glare of direct sunlight hitting it from an angle. We never complained but our server noticed and offered to move us to a different table which we truly appreciated. Her attention to detail and consideration was above and beyond anything we expected.
The bathrooms were above what one typically finds. The floors, sinks, mirrors, and toilets were exceptionally clean, toilet paper fully stocked, no loose trash around, and hand soap dispensers full. A pure delight when traveling with small children. One nice touch you do not often find were chairs for waiting in the vestibule outside the bathroom doors. It was a thoughtful addition for times when bathrooms may be busy and people have a short wait before entering! Definitely proactive thinking that makes a difference!
The kids eat for free after 4:00 pm promotion was a great value for families. The kid’s menu had a variety of options that were appealing. My son was extremely happy with his meal and he can be a tough critic, so his satisfaction with dining there said it all. He gave 5 stars.
I highly recommend this establishment and will definitely eat here again when I am in the area again!

The bathroom door has a STRONG spring on it that was installed to ” strong the door from swinging out ” when the young child with me attempted to push the door open, it swung back on him with such force it knocked him over ( this is an 80 pound child, not a toddler ) I attempted to stop the door from hitting his face and it caught my fingers, pinching them so badly they bruised immediately and are still deeply bruised and sore nearly a week later. When brought up to staff, they were very aware it was dangerous and openly said people had complained about it in the past. There were no signs, no warnings. They did put one up after I made a stink about how dangerous it was, especially to kids and older folks that aren’t expecting a door to kick back.

Very poor service, asked for crisp bacon. Got raw bacon. Asked for the hash browns to be well done they were not. Waited 25 minutes to get our check. There was only one other table seared. Would not recommend this place for sure.

There was only one customer inside when our party of 3 arrived. We were rushed ordering , the waitress just stood there watching us talk about the menu. Had to ask for drink refill and only got that one refill. The “country gravy” that my chicken fried steak was swimming in appeared to be peppered water. Sent that back. Wasn’t asked about or offered a replacement. Dining room was very dirty, lots of trash under tables. Needless to say we learned why the place had no customers. Lesson learned. Not a good experience.

Not enough blueberries on my pancakes, had to return ask for more pancakes with more blueberries. Served without silverware. Over charged on the Mac n cheese. Not equal portions of fries. A big fly kept bugging us. We could hear the kitchen goofing off, they were all loud. The waiter sucked. Kept rolling his eyes when we asked for stuff. Just bad experience overall. Never going back.

Ordered their classic crepes to go and was extremely impressed! The food was quickly made, hot when I got it, and delicious!! I never have a bad experience when I go inside either. The staff is always super friendly, bathrooms are kept clean, and the food never disappoints. Glad we finally got one in town! Carbondale needed another all day breakfast spot
