Came in the other day for quick bite to eat/late lunch. That was undoubtedly the worst food I’ve ever attempted to eat. After attempting one bite that food went straight in the trash. Typically Wendy’s chicken sandwich is yummy and consistent…tbh I like wendys chicken sando more than CFA. Not this time… that thing was hard as rock, gray and just nope! Fries taste like old nasty oil. Diet coke was just meh. The cashier and other staff were super nice.

Terrible Drive Thru Service. Get my order wrong all the time and put enough mayonnaise on a sandwich for 10. I work right beside this Wendy’s and barely ever eat here cause the food sucks so much due to terrible prep and service not because the food is bad.

Everything is great at this Wendy’s I just want to know though why does their sign outside say “misfortune awaits you lucky you”? Why are they wishing bad fortune is it supposed to be a joke or something? I must say I think this will be my last visit to this location if the sign remains this way as it has been up for a lengthy amount of time.

Told the lady in the drive thru 2x for sour cream and still didn’t put it in the bag. Never fails. Will start checking bag in drive thru before I leave now.

Staff were not hygienic whatsoever , we were contacted by corporate to make it right because the hygiene was rough to the point we almost didn’t eat what we ordered but couldn’t afford to just throw it away, definitely go to the Wendy’s next to Etsu much better all the way around.

It was not good at all like the other stores. The manager was yelling and cursing at her crew infront of us like we were not here waiting. Really loud and was showing that no one here dose there job right till you yell at them. Which shows they are not trained right at all. I will not come back too those store again. Plus no music playing at all. Too quiet. Don’t recommend this store at all for dine-in.

You know how I feel about a fresh pot of coffee being brewed at lunch on a rainy Tuesday? I love it, and this Wendy’s does that!
What about chili on a cold day? At this Wendy’s it is hot and fresh.
And baked potatoes? On this visit they were cooked to perfection!
Did I mention table service? A nice lady checked on us and brought us creamer, sugar, and extra crackers.

We tried the peppermint ice cream smoothie, and it was AMAZING!
If you get a chance, please try the peppermint smoothie, life changing, haha.
The only con was that the drive through had only 2 cars and took 15 minutes (which seemed long in our opinion). The staff inside seemed odd because there was no greeting or any pleasantries – no smile, no eye contact, only the cost was stated and moving onto new customer (maybe she was just too busy for all those niceties, but we were happy because the new peppermint smoothie was delicious).
