Had to change all stars to 1 unfortunately. Drive-thru uses AI, which is horrendous. I would rate the food higher but now there are not enough employees in the restaurant to actually serve you. We went in and waited at the register for 5 minutes, no one even greeted us. The store owner needs to get it together and hire employees and take away AI.

To whom this must concern my husband has been there twice and each time we have never got what we ordered. They have messed up our order both times, So we have decided not to come bach anymore. My husband came today and ordered two butter biscuits a ssausage biscuit a small container of sausage gravy of course he waited 10 mins for someone to come to the registration then the guy didn’t know how to ring up the order then he went bach to get the order and still forgot the sausage biscuit. this is not except able and we will not be back. and also the line for the drive through was backed up all the way around the building and out to the street just so you know he was very up set with whole ordel, thank you Rebecca Dixon

Service was terrible. We ordered our food and it took them a 30 minutes to get order out. Also why are they using an AI drive through. This is probably the reason why so many peoples orders are wrong. Needless to say this was terrible service

Order 3 PC dinner and only receive 2. Happened before. Can you please bring ppl in that can count to the number 3. I’m not even mad at employees. I’m mad at how horrible the management is. Maybe its just non existent training from franchisee or corporate. For once I wish this bojangles could do things right.

Service was mediocre and we were rushed through the drive-thru although they were not busy. The male cashier that received our money was friendly. I received what looked like small chicken nuggets instead of the supreme tenders. We did not receive the dirty rice we ordered and had to ask for it after the rest of our order came out. We still did not get a fork or spoon for the rice. We did not receive the bbq sauce we asked for, no napkins were given to us, and we did not receive any straws for our 2 drinks. Please pay attention to orders without rushing and make sure customers get what they asked for and need for their meals.

Food is always fresh. It took me a year to consider visiting this location again. I’m glad they made the necessary changes!

Employees could care less about customers. Never have anything ready. 3 Sundays in a row I have ordered on the app. Says ready. Get there and they haven’t even started on it. Been waiting over 45 min

We don’t get Bo’s too often but it has always been good food and good service. This time it wasn’t ready when I got there (busy?), they gave me tea instead of the lemonade I ordered but the worst part is that the chicken was over cooked, dried out and just not good. Not sure when or if we’ll go back.

Every time I come to the drive-through I get cold or redipped fries and it’s nasty. You don’t re-dip the fries y’all don’t clean your oil enough. It taste nasty and most the time the fries don’t even have seasoning on them and y’all are known for your fries and your sweet tea and your chicken, take pride and make this my last time Coming here
