My favorite Taco Bell in the entire Tampa Bay area! Angel is a fantastic manager and has an awesome staff no matter whether it is breakfast or lunch or dinner. The food is always great and service is excellent. The bathrooms are always clean and well maintained. You can’t ask for a better place to eat. I always enjoy eating here. They also have plugs for you to be able to charge your phone while you eat unlike some of the other places. Like I said it’s the Taco Bell in the area! Make sure to take advantage of the app also for the rewards and offers you also can get. Thanks Angel!

I ordered 2 stackers, nacho fries, and a beef burrito on the mobile app. They were all out of beef when I got there, that’s fine it’s 2AM not a big deal I’ll just get the steak…
Everything I ordered was supposed to be just plain steak and cheese (rice too for the burrito) but please tell me why when I opened the bag there was lettuce all over every single item I purchased?
The first stacker had lettuce burnt into the tortilla, the second stacker had lettuce again infused into the tortilla, the burrito didn’t have lettuce in it but there was more lettuce wrapped up next to it, and most abhorrently there was lettuce hidden away within my nacho fries… the nacho fries??? How much lettuce do you have to be flinging around to get it in the nacho fries???
I’m not sure what type of lettuce freak they have in there throwing a lettuce party at 2 AM but please try to keep your lettuce to yourself… if it wasn’t obvious I don’t like lettuce and ended up tossing everything just to make my own quesadillas at home.

Not only was my food correct (which doesn’t always happen but that’s okay) and delicious, but whoever was at the drive thru window tonight made my day. He was very positive and funny and after a hard day at work, not only did I get my Taco Bell, but I smiled too. It’s hard to find good customer service these days and the interaction was much appreciated.

The chicken chicken stripe are more like chicken nuggets and for $7 is ridiculous, then my pick up order was 6 minutes longer than was supposed to be, which wasn’t the biggest deal, but when I seen the 4 dried out stale chicken nuggets that then irritated me, why am I waiting for dried out left out chicken nuggets and paying $7?!?
Only reason I gave 2 stars is, the rest of my food was tolerable.

I placed an order using the self-service kiosk and waited without being greeted, even though the restaurant was nearly empty. While I was waiting, other customers who arrived later were welcomed by the staff, which gave the impression of selective attention. When I got home, I realized the order was incomplete (the Cinnamon Twists from the combo were missing). I hope customer service and order verification can improve.

Came to the drive through and nobody in the line couple employees outside and I go to order and he tells me hold on and I waited for a while before my order was taken. This is not good service I can understand if they were busy but no one but 3 customers inside. Let’s do better.

Terrible customer service,walked in wasn’t acknowledged at all after 10 min had to wave them down worst part was watching the drive through cars come inside because the orders were wrong never coming in here agian. The best part was leaving without having to waste a dime here

I grew up in a very much, Hispanic majority community and I know good tacos! This was no BS one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my life. It was super fresh. I mean every single thing was on point. I still can’t get over how great that was. I’ll definitely be going that to see if I can replicate that experience!

I ordered 2 quesadillas today & neither of them were cut, NOT even in half. I also ordered a large nacho fry which were COLD and not ONE single napkin was placed in the bag.
I was the only car in the drive thru so I’m unsure & disappointed how all these simple steps were missed. I worked for Taco Bell in high school so i took it personally to see such poor delivery on the staff working this evening which led to this review.
