Please don’t order from here… ordered from door dash… 2 beef grilled cheese burritos were missing. Called 3 times. No answer. Crunchwrap was $8!!! No meat in it. No sauce in it. Where is the manager? Your staff is so bad!!! The food is so bad!! The quesadilla was just okay…

Food was good! My mum and I went here about an hour ago and went through the drive through. We got nearly exactly what we asked for, however we did get jalapeños in the hard shell tacos, when we never asked for jalapenos. I don’t know what the mix up could have been but the food was delicious otherwise! The only person in our family that likes spicy food is my Brother-in-law so we will probably just give them to him when we get home.

Mobile ordered drive thru. Wrong/missing items all hard shells were broken. Soft tortillas were hard. Food was so gross. Spent 35 dollars for nothing. Worker didn’t say one word to me. Only opened the window after about 5 minutes to hand me food and looked angry. I looped back around for what items I thought were missing and still wouldn’t talk. I was trying to be really nice too. It would have been fine if the food was right. Reached out to support six days ago still haven’t heard back.

I just ordered a 3 taco combo tonight 11/26/25 with double meat and no lettuce or sour cream just meat cheese and tomatoes. I just got home bc I live 20min or so from there and all the tacos have no double meat, lettuce and sour cream on them. Now im going to have to throw them away and stuff cost too much to have to throw food in the trash. I tried calling up there but no one is answering. If employees would spend more time listening to orders and stop asking is that all is that all every two seconds they maybe able to get an order right. I wint be back to this location.

Upon walking in my fiancé and I were greeted with a smile and wonderful customer service by a wonderful employee named Shandelle I hope I spelled her name right. She’s wonderful and places need more people like her! The food and restaurant is presented so neatly and perfect. Highly recommend! Please I hope management is thankful for her. We had a great experience!!

I’m extremely upset and I feel very disrespected. I arrived at 12:20 AM and asked for an apple empanada and a Baja midnight, the cashier informed me that they were out of the Baja which was fine. I asked for a cream soda freeze and the lady informed me that they turned off the machine because they were getting ready to close, which drive thru doesn’t close until 1 AM. Once I arrived at the window I was told I would have to wait for another empanada because they only had one ready. Once I received my order the cashier said absolutely nothing to me, not a have a good night, not a thank you for waiting, nothing.
