I come to this location often but I must say tonight ( Jan 26th pm shift ) was the best experience I’ve had thus far! The staff was extremely attentive and helpful and kind! From the moment I walked in! I was greeted and treated with kindness. My bowl was made to absolute perfection! This shift outdid themselves!! Truly! Not to mention I get home and crack open my food and it’s still hot, and absolutely delicious!! Thank you night shift !!!

Piada in belden village is awesome!! It definitely deserves five stars and more. They provide great food, a very friendly and welcoming environment to be in, the service is fantastic and it is affordable. They offer the college student discount which is very nice and convenient especially for me. They have many options so you can have an enjoyable experience there. Choose Piada and it will be one of your favorite places to eat at!! Enjoy! :))

To start with this place is so dirty. I should’ve walked out while I was standing in line waiting for our food to be made. Which brings me to the person making our food who had a long pink wig on with one long thick section of hair hanging down to their chest that they kept using their gloved hand to push back off their face. The cashier who had zero personality was the one finishing the food order with no gloves but long fake nails that she touched everything with. And lastly the food we received was disgusting. The chicken on my salad had a quarter inch of burned crust on it and it was not edible. The 2 pasta dishes we got (Carbonara) also had burnt chicken and the sauce was separating causing everything to be oil covered not sauce. So 30 plus dollars literally got thrown away. How is this place even still in business?

Had a pickup order ready for 4:45. Order was not ready by that time and when I went in to pick up, the manager and employees would rather pause making my order so they can gossip about another employee coming in an hour and a half early. Meanwhile I’m just standing there and didn’t get my food until almost 10 minutes past my pickup time. There was next to nobody in the store. Wild the lack of work ethic.

I didn’t want to post this but yet here I am. I ordered this food about a week and a half ago… after eating a bit of my salmon I realized it felt and tasted undercooked. I then proceeded to cut into the middle, sure enough it’s undercooked. I’m 8 months pregnant and this could have made me extremely sick. I called in to the store immediately and was told they’d issue me a gift card with a refund via email. That never happened. I called again the next day, (speaking with management both times).. & was told that they sent the request in and should receive it soon. It is now a week and half later and still I received nothing very disappointing as I believe people deserve second chances, but failure to keep your word lost them theirs. I won’t do business with them again.
