Better than KFC in some ways, it would be better though if more of the staff where bilingual. You would probably get more business. I was staired at by other customers because I was not of their ethnicity and not everyone behind the counter understood me. My chicken well half of it didn’t have skin on it, I had to go back for my biscuits and every time I asked for a manager I got blank stares. I always am honest with these reviews. After spending upwards of $70. I would expect better.

Central location. It’s not crowded even around lunch hours. There’s short lineup in the drive through. Staff are friendly and they are very efficient. The chicken sandwich is hot and crispy. The size has been shrinking over these 2 years.
The restaurant is disastrous and very clean.
Remember to fill out the survey to get a 2-piece and biscuit with the purchase of a large drink.

Food can be hit or miss, but lately it’s mostly been miss. We go every Saturday and are consistently disappointed at the quality. We order ghost pepper wings and get home to see that they are the wrong flavor. The chicken sandwiches are 20% dried out chicken and 80% mayo. The one thing that has never changed is how poor the soda quality is, it definitely is not what they are advertising. Sprite is flavorless seltzer water and Dr.Pepper and Coke are so watered down you’d never know that’s what they were. Wendy’s across the street has been consistently good at least.

I like Popeyes fried chicken, but I noticed an issue when ordering for pickup. When I place a pickup order, the food seems to be prepared and packed much earlier, so by the time I arrive it has already become cold and hard. This is the second time this has happened to me. Asked for extra Mayonnaise and a Diet coke. (I prefer diet) because regular is WAY too sweet! The sandwich had the same amount of mayonnaise as it would have and they gave me regular coke! GAG! I even gave them a compliment that Popeyes was better than Cane’s chicken! Well, I guess I gotta give them a second chance lol Sorry!!

We were excited to eat here as we don’t have a local Popeyes and usually find their chicken superior, but I would pass on this location if you’re hoping for a quality experience. Put in a mobile order for 2 combo meals. They were out of regular Coke so I opted for unsweetened tea. Tea did not have any ice so it was room temperature. Partner got a Dr. Pepper that was almost entirely ice. His combo came without the side of red beans and rice. We also didn’t receive any of our sauces. Order still took two different people to confirm over the speaker and at least 5 minutes of waiting just to be incorrect. Not to mention the chicken tenders were not crispy and were also lukewarm (both orders- spicy and regular tenders).

First time coming to this Popeyes. Have had their chicken before (which is good but still prefer KFC) but wanted to try their fish sandwich. That was a Florida Popeyes so will have to try this locations chicken, may be better.
My “go to” is the fish at Dairy Queen & this is a very close second to DQ. Both have fish that covers every bite of your sandwich with flaky real fish. They also have a spicy fish sandwich, I did a regular classic. The only thing about Popeyes is they did not have cheese to put on the sandwich. It comes with pickles & tartar & don’t do pickles so had only tartar. I would come back if they had cheese but it’s good enough that I may bring my own slice to slap on it. Suggest to Popeyes, if you are going to compete with other chains…get cheese! Pleasant fast crew & atmosphere, clean restroom. Fries came in “nuggets” box, not sure if that’s standard for them or out of fry container. Would recommend the fish, flavorful batter & moist fish.

Food was pretty tasty and buttery but overall NOT worth the hype fr. Just wish the chicken was a little less soggy and the woman behind the counter wasnt as scary. Would go again next year.

This place is honestly my favorite chicken place in the Manchester area. The staff typically speak just enough English to be able to do their job. And I typically get takeout instead of dine in. But the food is so good the most delicious chicken sandwiches anywhere for any fast food in the area by far.
