CAVA is always a great spot for a fresh and flavorful meal. The ingredients taste really clean, the portions are generous, and the staff moves the line pretty quickly. The build-your-own bowls are delicious, and everything seems well-prepared. The restaurant is usually clean and has a nice, modern vibe. Overall, a solid place to grab a healthy and tasty meal! Went for the first time here and loved my “make it yourself” bowl! My favorite thing about this place that all the ingredients are fresh and tasty. Great variety of sauces, dips and add ons.

My sister and I ordered this through DoorDash. Given that I know that it can’t be top tier best version of the food however. My sister ordered the harissa Avacado bowl and she received a bowl with steak or lamb we couldn’t tell. (The only meat she can eat is chicken). When it was supposed to come with honey chicken. Half of the bowl was literally missing as if one side was dug out. This was also completely ice cold. There is a horrible flavor to this and the steak and feta pita wrap. The other times we have eaten from here has been amazing. Not only this but we cannot even get into touch with the restaurant. The only way is through calling which leads to a support website for cava. Then when going to the website they don’t even have the exact restaurant location in the drop down menu. Mind you the location has been there for OVER A YEAR. It is not that new it should be on the list. Seems like they are avoiding hearing any complains. All automated on the phone and no way to get into contact with a true worker unless we’re driving to the store. No way were we going to drive out when we purposely used a third party delivery app to avoid leaving the house due to a sleeping baby. Very disappointed and the workers should learn the menu items or double check what bowls they are sending out to make sure it’s the correct order. Overall horrible experience. Luckily DoorDash gave us a partial refund however it isn’t even there fault so cava should be reachable and solve this issue.

Rosa took our order today at Cava in East Brunswick. She was the sweetest! Really explained all of there options and what she recommend to get. Rosa made our experience the best i’ve ever had coming to Cava and I will definitely be back! Not only was she sweet and helpful she was super friendly and made us feel welcomed as we did come in the last 15mins of being open. ALSO made me the best bowl i’ve had in a while from Cava.

I drove 30 minutes to get my order, came home and I received chicken instead of steak which is almost a $4 surge charge. My entire order is wrong so I’m assuming I got someone else’s order. This is a health hazard for anyone who can’t eat certain meats or with intolerances or allergies.

Extremely disappointing experience at the CAVA in North Brunswick. The staff was miserable, unwelcoming, and clearly unprepared. The manager stood off at a distance watching while the line struggled and food was not kept stocked for guests.
I ordered the avocado harissa bowl, only to be told they had no rice ready at all—neither brown nor white. Instead of apologizing, the employee serving the food was rude, made faces, and acted as if it were somehow my fault they weren’t prepared.
I even offered to take my bowl as is and asked if they could bring the rice when it was ready. That never happened. I ended up eating what was basically just a salad.
Between the lack of food availability, poor attitude, and complete absence of management support, this location is a mess. I would never recommend anyone go to this CAVA.

Came in here 15 minutes before close and was met with the most helpful service ever!! This was my brother and I’s first time coming to Cava and Sara was extremely supportive in walking us through all the many options! Kiera was so quick and kind in ringing us up as well! They made this such a great experience and we will be definitely back! Thank you so much!!!

Customer service was a 10/10, and the food was delicious. The ladies were so wonderful and kind. Sometimes the customer service script is all people say but the ladies here made my first cava experience personal and very enjoyable. I love to see people still making conversations these days.

I wanted to give a shout out to the Manager Ryan he is professional, welcoming and on top of everything. My cashier Rosa was the sweetest as well. Me and my family will definitely be back I ordered the Spicy Harrisa Salad and it is delicious. Its a large portion that you could possibly share with someone.
