I noticed if I don’t tip at the drive-through the young lady at the drive-through stops saying thank you, in fact she stopped talking altogether. She just mumbles “um hum” . She seems to feel entitled to a tip. I’m sitting down at a restaurant and someone’s bringing my food to my table, I’ll tip them, but I tip in the drive-through when I want too and it should not be an obligation. Customer service should change because I didn’t tip.

My decaf never tastes like it’s burnt or it’s the bottom of the pot.

I have never been to a Duncan donuts that gets your order wrong. Then has a nasty attitude when you show them on your mobile app that the order they gave you is wrong. Instead of fixing it they tell me to just take my order in such a nasty way and just wave me off as if I did something wrong. This happened on Oct. 13th around 12:22 pm and my order number was #683 on the mobile app and #6683 on my drink. I was not disrespectful in anyway to deserve such attitude and bad service for their own mistake. The cameras that record audio and video can prove that. That’s why I put time and date. I had on Grey pants and a black tee shirt as well. Horrible service! Also during that time a gentleman in front of me also had to make sure his order was corrected. All around the same time. Stay away from this place.

Walked inside and had to get someone’s attention to be served. Unsmiling owner (?) took my cash and then without washing hands or donning gloves scooped and served ice cream. No “thank you” or “have a good day.” Same experience a year ago. No reason to EVER return.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. The staff was extremely rude, especially the older gentleman with glasses. He showed a complete lack of basic customer service skills and came across as very disrespectful. It felt like they had no interest in helping or even acknowledging customers properly. It’s frustrating when people working in customer service don’t have the courtesy or common sense to treat others with respect. Definitely not coming back to this location anytime soon.

Not the cleanest place, but service was good and the coffee came out nicely done. Just what we needed for an afternoon pick me up. Tried the pumpkin donut and it did not taste good, but the Boston creme was good. There were other people in there as well.

Monday Tuesday Thursday Saturday. Da employees put the pan[sweet bread ] in the dumpster for the homeless glucoseeans. I Ranaldi (Craylin) Harris take them to people that sleep on the street like in front of PNC bank but the white lady who goes in at night through the back door and unlocks Tesla cars for people to take. Kinda stopped me from doing g it anymore. I just cut off the power to buildings that are closed so Odin and Zues don’t have to fight so much over my eyes me (Horace)

I won’t return. Second time they’ve given me extremely stale, inedible donuts, plus the ham/swiss croissant tasted spoiled and was also inedible and the peppermint mocha hot chocolate was bitter. A total waste of my money.

The service is horrible. There was an elder lady yesterday. I forgot to tell her. I have a pickup, and she is like, “Turn around the drive-thru.” And that was not polite. Aunty, you got to chill.
