The filet mignon was cooked exactly how I asked, but it had a slightly more gamey flavor than I typically expect from a filet. Not a dealbreaker; just not totally my personal preference.
Service and atmosphere were on point, though, and I’d definitely come back to explore more of the menu.
Kody and Junior went above and beyond to bring my vision to life, thoughtfully crafting an evening that captured the spirit of the holidays—complete with Christmas warmth, bubbles, caviar, and unforgettable memories. The managing partners truly pulled out all the stops, ensuring our guests felt exceptionally cared for while seamlessly maintaining impeccable service for in-house dining. Boyer, James, and Christian made their presence known from the start, allowing us to relax and trust that every detail was in capable hands.
The seafood towers, sliders, and assortment of elevated bites were a tremendous hit, and guests especially loved the charming chocolate truffle boxes to end the evening on a sweet note.
By the night’s end, it was once again reaffirmed why we consider the staff at this location to be family. This incredible team will always hold a special place in our hearts.
I’m giving 4 stars solely because of the service timing. Everything felt a bit slow, and there were longer waits throughout the meal. For example, I never received a drink refill, and I also had to wait a while just to get a dessert menu or check. For context, we arrived at 11:30 and didn’t leave until 1:15, which that was me rushing the experience. Since that’s a long time when you’re dining with a toddler. That said, the staff was very kind, knowledgeable about the menu, and professional.
The food, however, was excellent—my steak was cooked perfectly, and overall the quality and value were great. I would definitely be open to coming back and giving it another try….Maybe next time without a toddler.
We kept our orders pretty simple: one whiskey on the rocks, one glass of pinot Grigio, bone-in ribeye medium rare with artisanal butter, and a filet mignon medium. The drinks were good, the steaks phenomenal. The ribeye had a nice sear and peppery outside, salted well too. The inside was medium rare to a T and packed with juice, just perfect. The artisanal butters add another layer with a black truffle, espresso, and horse radish offering. The best by far of the bunch was the truffle although you couldn’t go wrong with any of the three. Lastly, the filet mignon. Just perfection from Fleming’s and we don’t mean that lightly. Perhaps the best cut of steak we’ve ever had, a perfect medium cooked as best as you can get it, we were hooked at first bite. That’s just what we mean. Every last bit of our experience here was marked with a careful detail and eye to make things as perfect as possible, which we appreciate when having a party of our size in a crowded restaurant for a Saturday birthday dinner. Unreal experience.
I highly recommend coming here for your special occasions or even just to try out the social hour.
Came here for a function and with a designated room for presentation.
The menu was great. Great appetizer- had calamari, mini charcuterie and the usual bread spread. I had the Fleming’s salad and it was basic. The steak was wonderful/perfect medium rare and the sides I loved! Asparagus, Mac and cheese, and baked potato/cheese. We were able to get brownie desert for home as we were full. They offered wine but I got soda and water .
Our server was rushed but very efficient.
The tables were full when we came out from the function.
Great sound system and screen just right for the room size.
