I received the wrong order, I ordered and paid for two footlong subs. When I alerted the location to the error this was the response I received. “At Subway, we often promote different products in new, creative ways in order to keep things fresh and appeal across the broad spectrum of our loyal customers. I appreciate your feedback and the time you took to share your point of view. ” This was not a point of view, it was an error in my meal and I was sent a generic canned response. Disappointed that nothing was done to help, wont be returning.

The staff refused to give me a plate or bowl to eat my sandwich because they count the paper bowls. Also, I had an allergic reaction to something that was put on the food (possibly preserve it.) I will not be going back to this subway.

This is based on using grub-hub. I’d leave a review on their site but once an order has been cancelled, you lose the ability to review. So, I order two sandwiches at 2pm. They say the order should arrive at 3pm. Odd it takes so long for sandwiches that are literally a mile away but hell, I know when it should arrive. 320pm, still no food. Call grubhub, they call the driver and the driver is still at subway. So I cancelled. It’s obvious their concerns for delivery take a backseat. Also, the few reviews on grubhub show how the drivers treat their customers which isn’t good. I’ve eaten at this place with no issues but they should be removed from delivery services since they apparently can’t get a grip on their responsibilities as a franchise. Don’t order online period.

Good food. It’s like most other subways. It has convenient one-person tables near the window so I usually go there during my lunch break. Their card reader had trouble with my Samsung pay, but after trying a few times it worked. The person before me I saw had to pay by swiping their card even though they had a chip. Maybe an old machine?

First time I’ve gone there in over a year. They pass out stacks of coupons and limit which ones to use. That can be confusing when the notice is in small print on door and wall. My granddaughter was disappointed when I went over a year ago. I ended up paying full price for the damn sandwich.
