i’ve been to at least 40 Buffalo wild wings around the country as I travel in a motorhome and I like it because I can always catch the game. I want because they have so many TVs and so many options. They have a good in-house beer called wild herd it’s an easy drinking beer and it’s cheap. The service at this particular of Buffalo wild wings was pretty slow. I sat for almost 10 minutes before the bartender showed up at the bar at all and a girl that had sat down next to me one minute before the bartender came out got served first and she was sitting right next to me. I don’t know what that was about. but as usual, I found friendly people at the bar to talk to had a few beers watch the game and that’s what it’s about. I do have to say, though the trivia app sucks it quits all the time they promise you points that you can use for food and whatever but the stupid app quits all the time even when you’re on their Wi-Fi so try not to be frustrated like I am with that

Been 2 times this week to pickup a doordash order after 1 AM, and even they’re supposed to be open until 3 AM, nobody was at the register or came out at all to assist me or let me know if the restaurant was closed. Waited for more than 15 minutes and nothing. The second time, one of the employees came out from the kitchen and, when I told her that I was there to pickup a doordash order, she completely ignored me and walked to the restroom. I don’t know if it happens only to me or other dashers have experienced the same situation, but if management it’s aware of this behavior, they should consider close earlier if they’re going to refuse to do their job so they don’t make us waste time and gas.

I’m very disappointed. First the app didn’t work to place order, manager was very nice and helped me. Got home to fine that our mozzarella sticks didn’t have cheese in them, onion rings burnt, and wedidn’tt get the sauce we were charged for.

Carry out order. Arrived a few minutes before the pickup time (5:10pm). I was told it would be a few minutes. The server at the front counter was very welcoming and gave updates as often as he could.
16 minutes after my pickup time, the order was ready. I checked it for accuracy and the kids meal drink was missing. Since he was assisting someone else I had to wait and then ask for my missing item because the order wasn’t properly checked.
When I got home and opened all of my items I realized they also forgot to pack marinara sauce in with the mozzarella sticks.
The wings were not sauced very well, on the dry side and the fries were cold. I’m not sure what held up my order but it was frustrating that the order was late, inaccurate and below the normal quality we have come to expect.

Short story: Took 35 min to be acknowledged and order DRINKS.the food was cold and gross. Wings are scarcely covered chicken nuggets. Server was nice but the other waitstaff were rude. I hope this is not a surprise to anyone but this place just flat out sucks.

Got seated right away but no one looked at us for 35 minutes. Once we got our water and our order was taken, it came relatively fast. But the food was borderline COLD. The wings are disgusting and have barely any sauce. They are glorified wet chicken nuggets. At the very minimum, we got a lot of ranch and our server was really sweet and attentive one all the tables around us were cleared. They need to focus on the people there before cleaning up if it’s not too busy. Just a negative environment overall. Rude looks from other servers. Other tables getting their food before us… don’t come here.

Seriously, I love this Buffalo Wild Wings. I come here every Sunday night for a therapy session with my coworker and all the the staff is amazing. Alex ? Literally the best server I’ve ever had. Kristen ? A1. Kelly ? Amazing and so is everyone else. I’ve seen some reviews about the food but when the service is this great I can over look any hiccups the food may have had ( which hasn’t been any in my opinion. ). From one server to another whenever you come here ask for Alex. If you’re reading this you’re the best !

Ordered online a 10-piece boneless for pickup. Chicken was dry to the point that you couldn’t stab them with a fork, and at room temperature. You could tell they had been sitting under a (cold) warming lamp for quite a while before the sauce was added to them.
Fries were okay, but only a bit warmer.
This place wasn’t that busy, even at noon on a Thursday, ordered at 11:40 am, received at 12:10 pm so, you would think for the time it took to fill the order, things would have been freshly made. I can’t see how it can take over 30 minutes to put 10 pieces of chicken in a box and put (very little) sauce on them. The only thing that I was giving that tasted fresh were the carrots and celery.
And, as I was at the counter getting my order, there was a woman who had been dining in, complaining about their cold food also.

Was contacted by a bot response regarding my post, was guided to a part of their website to fill out some form but can’t seem to find the correct link to it…go figure.
I used up the balance on a gift card I was given so it’s likely I won’t return anytime soon.

Burger was fantastic. Service was terrible. Waitress had an attitude. Was not friendly or helpful answering questions.
Not too many customers and it was mid day.
Plus she used My credit card to pay someone else’s tab. She corrected her mistake but no apologies.

Ordered through BWs website for delivery . They messed up the order. We didn’t get our food correctly and were missing stuff as well. This was on the store not the driver let me be clear the order was not made correctly and they wrote right on the ticket that there were no drinks as well . I called nobody picked up . I called again and a crew member listened to the issue and said let me get a manger . I explained again and the manger said ok let me get this refunded it takes a few days he said . Cool problem resolved other than the crappy dinner that we had to share now because it wasn’t all there . $41 plus $8 dollar tip dollar order and they refunded $10 . If you are going to try to pull something not once but twice on me you will never get my business again . Could of made it right and I would of been back mistakes happen , poor service and cheap tricks never again

BWW has been around so long, that they thrive on name recognition alone. Nothing has gone into innovating their menu, atmosphere, or food.
That being said, this is literally the worst of the mediocre establishment of Buffalo Wild Wings. I live 3 minutes from this location, have been going to BWW for almost 20 years, and refuse to go here. The service is abysmal. The food is borderline inedible. The inside just feels…dirty.
There’s a reason most of the reviews are 1 star. The 5 star reviews read like bot-generated comments, workers who don’t want the place to close down, or family members/friends trying to get their acquaintance a raise.
Do not go here. I know you have a vision of what BWW is but this place is not it. This location is a stain on the already declining brand of BWW and whoever the owner/manager of this location is should be ashamed at the product they have. Have some pride in what you do every day.
