The staff is incapable of reading something as simple as the word “double” on a ticket, and on multiple occasions. Good luck getting your money back when you just don’t want the food anymore because at that point why would you want food from people too inept to read simple instructions.
If they can’t even get an order right, charging somebody for something they routinely forget on the order, how can they be counted on to keep up with sanitation, rotation, and holding temp checks? Do those teenagers even know how to read a thermometer?

Pickup order made through McDonalds app. Order received had 2 wrong drinks (both in size and one in flavor). And then there’s this expensive steak sandwich, with extra heart clog.
Like most places in Colorado, it seems employees just don’t care. That’s partly a leadership issue that customers are suffering for.

We placed back to back orders, exactly the same. I ended up waiting 15 minutes while other orders were being filled without any acknowledgement from the staff. The cashier finally realized I was still waiting, but when I asked why the severe delay, I was told someone had probably taken it which was impossible since I’d been there the whole time!

Alejandro is trash at his job and should be fired.
Went through drive thru, and ordered a delux chicken sandwhich, my deluxe chicken sandwhich had nothing on it. Spent 11$ for a burnt piece of chicken, 2 pieces of pickle and a dry bun. Trash service don’t visit this location.
I’d ask a refund but they already closed for the night.

Ordered 5 hot n spicys and waited 30 minutes with those useless guys up front not helping with making food despite the long wait. I ultimately didn’t even get the food because the people they hire here don’t even speak English enough to explain their ineptitude. I hope this franchise fails and the owner goes bankrupt for hiring such terrible workers with no efficient system in place. Like how do you make a McDonald’s this useless?

Don’t like the kiosk ordering. Difficult to navigate, didn’t give me a pickup number,and the lady behind the counter had trouble finding the order. Only have 2 live registers, and 3 or 4 kiosks. They didn’t bother to call out when the order was ready.

Honestly and truly avoid this McDonalds we waited 30 minutes for 5 hot and spicy that we ended not even getting because the workers were so lost, confused and not helpful at all. Honestly ridiculous on such a busy night.

This has/was our go to mcdonalds for the last 10 years. The quality of service and food has gotten so bad that we won’t go here anymore. My last time there, they couldn’t get my order correct after 3* times* and then tried to gaslight me that I ordered the wrong thing even though I restated the order _the_ _same_ way_ three separate times. on top of that our food came out burnt and inedible. C’mon McD. This is inexcusable especially with the prices you’re charging these days.
