We are a pub with really good grub!! Northwoods themed establishment that take passion and pride in your experience. We use local meats located just a couple miles down the road. We grind our own burger and cut our own steaks to ensure they are bold and full of flavor! Our drink menu is very well rounded we have signature drinks or maybe you would want a lemon drop martini or a classic wisconsin old fashioned. The food is great and a lot of it. It would be nice to see some vegetarian things included. It’s time to update the taxidermy and pelts, which I understand are part of the north woods theme, but I think you could still pull off a refresh.

Went for the first time on a Saturday date night. Service was good & so was the food.
We had the pub wings as an appetizer, did the dry rub with the garlic Parm sauce to dip in since we couldn’t decide which flavor to get on the wings. I personally LOVE dry rub wings, it’s my #1 wing flavor, but I found these incredibly salty and would order them as dry rub again. However the garlic Parmesan sauce was SO good!!! Definitely doing that sauce next time!! The wings come with actual chicken legs in addition to whole chicken wings (wing & dummy portion still together), which I was super surprised about!!
For an entree I ordered the salmon which was not seasoned at all, VERY bland and was even slightly overcooked as it was dry. The roast baby red potatoes & green beans were delicious though!! My date got the Ahi Tuna meal and that was delicious!! The roasted red peppers & picked ginger went SO well with it! (I stole some to eat with my salmon which helped a lot!). The tuna also comes with an Asian vinaigrette that was drinkable it was SO good!! (Also helped spruce up the dry bland salmon!)
The service was good. The hostess was a little off putting, she did smile at all, didn’t greet us when we walked in, & was very hard to hear. Our waitress was very friendly and answered all my questions! My ONLY complaint is that I had to wait for a drink refill longer than typical and waiting for a refill is a personal pet peeve of mine. She was on top of the refills the rest of the evening though!
Next time I’d for sure order the wings, although I’d bypass the dry rub and do the garlic Parmesan sauce instead.

We have been stopping in here for the last 6 years. The food is always fantastic and the portions are crazy big. Very satisfying every time. Stopped yesterday to change things up as we live about 10 miles away. Dinner this trip tho breakfasts are probably our favorite with the build your own bloodies. Love to have this place as an option!

A great restaurant to have lunch at in Osceola, WI. We went here before the fall colors train ride with the Minnesota Transportation Museum. A lot of fantastic menu options including burgers, wraps, and walleye. Food had a lot of good flavor and our server was good. It got a little busy at lunch time, but she did s great job. The inside is very cozy and well decorated.

After a morning canoeing/kayaking in the hot sun, several of my extended family gathered together for a light meal and some hydration. We were greeted by cheerful and friendly staff. The food was all delicious. And can I just say, the cheese curds were the lightest, fluffiest curds I’ve ever had, and then dipped in caramel sauce (yes – caramel sauce) – DIVINE! One family member likened it to funnel cakes. A definite must-try.

We were shocked by both the portion sizes and the price in the best way. We got so much food probably half of it went home with us in Togo containers. We expected the bill to be around $80-90 considering we got entrees and drinks but it came out to around $60ish. The food and drinks were delicious, our server was great, and it was a wonderful place to grab dinner overall.

First time out here in a while. Normally great service and food but something in the atmosphere has changed. Short staffed – waitress complaining about workers establishment. Food took over an hour to get and was either overdone or raw. Sad because it used to be such a great place to go

We showed up this weekend on 2 different occasions. One was a benefit/memorial ride with close to a 100 bikes. They were ready for us and we got immediate service. Outstanding planning and organization for that size of a crowd. Turn off the next day. We came with one other couple on the bikes. Again, outstanding service. There was a snafu with my husband’s pizza in the kitchen, and the server immediately made it right.

The food was good. The service was quick. However, waitress was forgetful. She would forget to fill the drinks or 4 people had salads before the meal and she only had 2 brought out. 2 drinks were not the rhubarb specials, they were the regulars.
The French fries were so good. Like battered and double fried? I don’t know, but they were super crispy and had great flavor!
