No excuse to ever serve a customer any food item(s) looking like this, and the individual preparing it should have known not to do so. The in-store menu board of the advertised item is included for reference. Would you eat this yourself or serve it to your child??? Would someone from corporate be served this??? Please do better by the regular old daily customers paying for their food and making your paycheck possible.

Drive thru is a robot, not a person – robot asks you a million questions as the pace of a sail making the ordering experiences 20x slower than it needs to be. Very frustrating ordering experience.

9 times out of 10 you will get friendly service and the order will be exactly what you asked for. I have no clue how this Taco Bell has 3.5 stars. I’m an avid reviewer and critique businesses often online, both positive and sometimes constructive. Every surrounding restaurant has rude people who don’t understand the art of customer service, but at this Taco Bell, you will see a smiling face, and more than adequate service. Good job to all who work there. We notice. And we appreciate your good vibes!

The boards showed one price and the kiosk was $2.10 more for one item. I addressed the manager and let him know that he needed to honor the price on the board. He argued that it was a different item. I have pictures of both to prove the price discrepancy. I also pushed the button to get Strawberry Lemonade and got plain lemonade. I also have a picture of that.

The food was delicious, fresh, and very clean — you can truly taste the quality in every bite. The customer service was outstanding; the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The entire team was professional and attentive. The atmosphere of the place is inviting and makes you hungry the moment you step in. Highly recommended!

I got exactly what I expected food wise, but the workers were much nicer and friendlier than other Taco Bell’s I’ve been to. Order #9846a9. Hard to read the name on the receipt. Ky Mona was the cashier it looks like. Other lady was nice too.

Just close it down… can’t get anything… “out of everything”, and then in the middle of our order the manager said they’re closed?!?!?! They’re open until 4 am we pulled up at 3:30… please fire everyone and replace them with people who… I don’t know, actually like their job?? This is crazy. Never had a good experience here and don’t expect it either.

Food was nicely prepared and extremely hot….
What truly sets off my experience is the that fact that the young man in the back who prepares the food went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction….
There was a small error in my order, and unfortunately the cashier stepped away. Rather than have me wait, he stepped up to see what was wrong….
I explained the situation and he fixed it just like that… No issues, no putting me on hold, no waiting on a manager….. He took care of the situation, and for me:
THAT DESERVES MORE THAN FIVE STARS!!
If I didn’t mention it, The food was nice, hot and very good…
I definitely recommend coming here….
