Took 30 mins with three cars and my fries were soaked with oil. The cardboard was flimsy and wet.
This place has gone down hill quickly, go down the street to another McDonalds.

Dirty tables no staff around to clean.
Music was way loud especially in the kid area.
We asked for table service and of course they just called our names. (Of course they young ladies got their food brought to them). If they are going to do that just dont offer table service. I don’t care but if its an option I would like it to happen.
Came here for play place but my son prefers the chickfila one and I prefer chickfila especially since the prices are the same now and mcdonalds isn’t a cheap fast food place anymore. The guy was very short as he talked to people as well.

I don’t know what the employees have going on where they gotta be treating people like they dirt. Person taking cash at least acknowledged me, but man the people they got handing out the food said not a single word to me and seemed lifeless. This is not the first time I have had issues with this particular McDonalds. Like trust me yall I have worked at McDonald’s I get that it’s a horrible paying job where you got horrible clients, but like at least say something and wish people well. That is just common decency. Definitely going to avoid this location from now on.

Thought I’d give McDonald’s another try due to my previous harsh review. There’s a reason my review was harsh. $9.21 for 2 hamburgers and 1 medium French fries. And, once again, a machine is malfunctioning. This is simply amazing. How can this happen and why does McDonald’s corporate put up with this from a franchise? Airport Blvd McDonald’s is simply pitiful. Notice the time is 12:30 on Saturday. The lobby is almost empty. The drive-thru has 2 cars in it. Hint: It’s the prices, service, and malfunctioning machines which are costing you a lot of revenue. Your prices are more than enough to get this place back up to part.

We ordered a double cheeseburger with no cheese, and also accidentally place it inside, but when we went through the drive through they still gave it to us… I ended up having cheese so we went back through.. they were so delightful and so polite, they offered to give us a second burger and then we were given a free fry and a toy and they were just so delightful

If you have a STANK ATTITUDE & need a place to work, this is where you get paid to be the worse in all facets of your job and rude to customers without any accountability. Always have my app settings for counter pickup, but it went to drive thru. When I went inside, an employee said they are able to change to drive thru if they are busy inside. I’m heading to work and the line is wrapped around the building. So I ask my partner to go grab and bring to work. 15 minutes later, they can’t find the order but acknowledge from earlier. Said you will have to reorder. What about my money from the first order. We can’t find the order to refund it, they say. So much negative energy in this place. Go to Chick-Fil-A where the folks have class and appreciate your business.

Follow the damn receipt and di what the customer ordered. We asked for no lettuce in the snack wraps and you put extra lettuce, no cheese and no ranch.
Asked for Mac sauce on the two burgers, no Mac sauce, cold burgers.
Ordered a coke, you gave us a vanilla milkshake and said we didnt order a coke.
Soggy and cold fries too, and when we tried to get it fixed, your staff was rude and arrogant.
Do better. Just because you are a fast food place doesnt mean you can’t do you basic job.

The service was so incredibly slow here. I drove out of my way to come over here specifically for breakfast. I pulled up to the lane and the breakfast menu was on. I was the first car in my lane, at the menu. I sat and waited for almost 10 minutes while they kept taking orders from the order lane. … and then the menu switched to lunch and they refused to let me order breakfast, even though I arrived during breakfast hours, the menu was still on breakfast and I had just been waiting on them to take my order. This was totally up to their discretion. I know they could have served me breakfast, but chose to have bad customer service. For that reason, I will not return to this location when there are McDonald’s and plenty of other restaurants all over the city.

Jacoby professionalism and friendliness was very evident as soon my wife and I walked in the store.! Greeted us with a smile and his professional service was awesome and the food was hot and fresh. Jacoby set bar very high and hopefully his bar will be met when my wife I visit a different McDonald’s. His Manager obviously runs the store with pride.
