I placed my order online and I was trying to place two separte orders. The first order went through, but the 2nd order would not process. I kept getting an error that said “online payments are currently not working”
Then we tried to place the order from my phone, but the total was $8 more for the exact same items. We ended up going in to place the 2nd order. The store was FILTHY. The ice machine was not working. There were no utensils. The straws were ripped open and mangled. The trash can was overflowing. The area by the drinks was dirty. The tables had food on them and there was a dirty wash rag sitting out.
Once we got our 2nd order, we left and got home and realized that I did not get my chips. We went back and they gave me a bag of chips. When I got home and opened it, it looked like someone had gotten them wet and most of the chips were burnt and broken. This Chipotle location is absolutely disgusting. Also, the workers are rude and they don’t know how to communicate.
It seems like there is no one Managing this location.

The staff who were working the line at 9:15pm tonight were stellar. Whoever wrapped my burrito was a master of their craft. Everything in my burrito was so evenly distributed. I have never been this happy about a burrito.

It’s been about 2 years and I got delivery.I was so disappointed in the lack of quality and quantity that I received.My full salad bowl was half in a large container and sloppy. The guacamole was the best. Half empty container of the queso dip? What happened to your freshness and high standards? Would’ve returned but it was a delivered.

Tried to get a chicken bowl, but they were out of chicken so the kid putting it together convinced me to get steak and of course half the steak was tough or fatty. Also asked him to do extra on a few items other than meat and he didn’t do that so I had to ask twice. Checked out and asked for chips. After I paid the lady didn’t put chips in my bag so I had to ask again for the chips. On top of that, a lot of the chips in the bag were smashed and crumbled. Obviously they don’t care about what they’re doing.

I went to the Highland Square Chipotle this evening. The store was very clean and the Manager Samantha was a pleasure to speak with. She was very professional and accommodating. I have been to many Chipotle stores in NE Ohio. And this visit will stand out. You have an asset in this manager. She could teach some of the other so called managers a thing or two! Thank you.

Honestly, I think there’s a big difference between the morning shift and the night shift.. I have been there at night A few times and I refuse to go back, They always say rowdy the workers aren’t respectful to the customers And they just don’t seem to care. I go in there around noon depending on who is working it is great. The food Seems fresher the people seem happier. The restaurant seems cleaner. The workers seem like they liked to be there. I just don’t like when the solicitors are there, it’s really annoying walking out and people are asking for money, What’s the way they watch their children? I don’t even understand how they have them. Also thank to the worker making my food everything was perfect (our sons are both 5) but she recommended a store to me and I really appreciate it. I’ll be back just to see your face.

I bought two burrito bowls last night and when it arrived after paying $50, it turned up cold and the steak on it was inedible. It was grisly, fatty, and disgusting. I was very disappointed to have to throw it away after spending that much. I raised a complaint with chipotle, and have heard nothing back to make it right. If they dont make this right, ill never eat chipotle again. Terrible customer service on their part to fix this.

The quantity and quality has greatly diminished which is very sad.
Vinaigrette that you receive is near to nothing now which is a joke. Went in tonight and they were out of vinaigrette. Also had 2 avocado skins in my guacamole. Done with Chipotle!
