Honestly, this was the worst Five Guys burger I’ve ever had. My mom got me a bacon burger with mushrooms, jalapeños, lettuce — the works — and I swear, it tasted like absolutely nothing. The beef was dry, the bacon tasted like it was made out of soy, and nothing about it hit like it usually does. Even the fries, which are supposed to be Five Guys’ thing, were dry and totally flavorless. I love Five Guys, so I don’t know what happened tonight. Are they switching up the recipe, or did this location just decide to do their own thing? Either way, I was seriously disappointed. Five Guys, you owe me a do-over.

I come into these places not expecting anything great, but at least food that is prepared properly. I ordered a cheese burger and the cheese isn’t melted AT ALL. I also ordered a coffee milkshake, and it was barely mixed. Basically the workers here did the ABSOLUTE BARE MINIMUM to out my meal together. I’ve been to Five Guys burger about a few dozen times throughout the years. Never again. The quality has greatly diminished. For $22, I’m not expecting gourmet, but I am expecting SOME level of competence and care.

For a fast food burger place, Five Guys is very good. Those who are giving it a negative review, should point the finger at themselves for expecting a Michelin experience. Five Guys should be in the same category as McDonalds but with better food… so please judge it as that. I got my meal to-go after a marathon ♂️ and needed the high calories . Food always hits the spot if you need something more indulgent. The burgers though they don’t mention it are DOUBLE PATTIES and that is a standard. So if you’re ordering a cheeseburger, it will have two paddies with cheese so that’s a nice touch that makes Five Guys different. The burgers also come with unlimited toppings including sautéed onions and mushrooms. Every bite packs a punch. It’s a lot of meat in one bite if you’re into that . The burger hits the spot and is superior to a Big Mac or a Whopper. The fries they put in a tall cup in a bag and put extra fries to overflow on purpose, I’ve been there several times and I think that is the norm which is also a nice touch. Overall my meal was great. It is delicious, indulgent, and feels like a high calorie meal so be warned . Now here’s my tip. Dine there if possible. Burgers and fries that are made to order that are high calorie and cooked with a lot of oil… never travels well. The burgers they wrap in foil which is great at retaining heat but horrible as it makes bread and other things floppy, wet and soggy. The fries will also become quickly soggy in the bag. So if you want it to taste even better, eat it fresh without one millisecond to spare. Overall though, for what it is, this place is great. It is a SOLID fast-food burger joint ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I paid $30 in cash, and they just dumped the fries into a greasy paper bag like I’m an animal! Who serves food like this? No tray, no proper packaging—just a soggy, oily mess!
But the worst part? The cashier took my $100 bill, walked away with it, then came back and handed me a crumpled bill, claiming it might be fake! She refused to accept it and forced me to pay with a different bill or a card.
This is scam behavior and complete disrespect for customers! Absolutely disgusting experience—never coming back!

The staff at this location so nice and pleasant yesterday. They never have an attitude and made sure my order was made just the way I like it.
There must be some new management here because in the past, the staff was not this friendly so good job Five Guys.

The big guy in the black shirt was rude to one of the employees for trying to get my attention to come get my order. I’ve worked in a restaurant before as employee and Manager and I know it is important to treat your team with kindness and respect. If I see him in store I am out the door. I thanked the young man with the tattoos as I had my headphones in when he called my number.
