This place really needs to train their staff better. It is constant that my food is always incorrect or buns are stall/hard a rock. I finally just had it and decided to write a review in hopes the owner will take notice. The short stubby lady at the pick up window was unapologetic & began to argue with me when I went to hand the burger back. I just got irritated and drove off. I don’t want a refund or anything in return as I will not be back but the owner should be aware of the team he has working there/ representing his company and be more cautious of ones that may have food allergies.

This store is a joke and should not be open. When I ate there it was a bunch of teenagers talking loud and yelling at each other. And my chicken nuggets came to me looking old as ever and barely warm . Sh le said the grease is getting old but that she can make me some more then walked away . I honestly can’t believe how I was treated and ended up going to bed hungry that night.

Stopped for breakfast. No other people in line at the drive through. Was told to wait. So I did. After a while I gave up and left. This Mcdonalds is the worst for service in Carroll county. I stopped previously and also was told to wait. Once I finally made it through the windows I saw 3 employees smoking in front of the building. Good grief people!!! Smoke after rush hours!!!

It was right before lunch rush hour. I was a dine-in customer. They completely forgot about my meal I paid for. The manager snapped at me and was rude to her co-workers. My burger was disgusting. My french fries were cold, and I’m going to just end up throwing everything away but the drink. And my shoes were sticking to the floor. Yuck

I had the single worst fast food experience of my life here tonight. I am not exaggerating, waited almost an hour to get my food after I was told to pull up after waiting in line over 30 minutes. I literally ordered a burger and fries. The only reason I finally got my food was because the maintenance guy came out and asked me if I was waiting for food. He was very nice. Said they gave my good to someone else. Never again will I go here. It was midnight but that’s no excuse. I was the only one told to pull up. Not to mention there was a guy blowing diesel exhaust everywhere and kids yelling at each other. But I know that’s not McDonald’s problem.
