Don’t order anything with toppings like the baked potato at this store. It’s one of my favorite items to get from Wendy’s but this store if you order the sour cream and chive, you will get a dry potato, no sour cream. I’ve had this happen at least 5 times. Finally just gave up.

Absolutely worst Wendy’s experience I have ever had. The place was disgusting, it looked like it hasn’t been mopped in weeks, windows were gross, drink station was sticky n full of pop splatter, and the kitchen was nasty. Took 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me, although multiple workers made eye contact. I needed assistance using the app so the cash register had to get the manager, she had an attitude and threw her hands up and went to the back. She didn’t come back for a few minutes and again, had an attitude and was rude. I finally was able to get my frosty for my kids but my experience was absolutely horrid.

Went through yesterday for lunch. I was told they are not taking orders because they are switching from breakfast to lunch. I have worked fast food at multiple places and never would I get away with shutting down the restaurant for the 5 minute process to swap over breakfast and lunch. Feels more like lazy employees who don’t want to multitask.

Got dinner today and got a Spicy Chicken sandwich for both my wife and I for dinner. The chicken patty we got was so thin that single ply toilet paper companies called me asking for tips and tricks. Was an absolute waste.

Inside is currently under construction but before was very clean, big and inviting. Plenty of space for a large family to dine. Don’t forget about the clean restrooms. Drive thru is open and can be a bit slow at times. Quality of food in the end always seems to make the wait better.

Left out all of our sauce and then argued that it was in the bottom of the bag after I said I looked in the whole bag. Smelled like weed when the window opened. Forgot our drinks at first. A wild experience to say the least. Very odd things to be rude about. Probably don’t need to go back.

This place is the absolute worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. We’ve now been twice – trying to give them the benefit of the doubt – and will never be going back again. The staff are rude. The service is the slowest I’ve ever experienced in any fast food restaurant – it took them 10 min to even acknowledge we existed both times we went. We asked a simple question today and the guy taking orders flipped out throwing his hands in the air and raising his voice. We left. Won’t be back. Save yourself the headache and pick somewhere else. Came through the drive thru around 4:20pm on 9/24/2025 the person at the window as very rude. Myself and my family are pescatarians and started eating meat a short while ago so never order burgers. I asked the lady what was on a jr deluxe for my children as there was no picture and she “Tay” (Not sure if this is her name as the receipt was faded but it starts with an S) said it comes with everything. I said what does everything include as my children are picky. I ask did it include onions? Since it was such a problem to explain to me what was on a burger. There were no cars behind me and no one in the parking lot. She responded again very irritated and loudly EVERYTHING.. I explained to here we don’t eat burger so could she tell me what was on the burger. Long story short I drove around to the window she lied and said it wasn’t her taking my order and someone else did it after she realized I had a problem with her rudeness. I asked for her managers name, didn’t get that either. She had dreads and tattoos on her fingers. I just don’t understand the reason for the nastiness to me. If I was a white women spending my money in this area she would have served me with a smile. This is highly unacceptable and I would like to speak to someone further.

Ordered food got back with my order and I open the wrapper for my sand which and start eating it. Half way through I noticed it was more than halfway raw. Completely pink chicken on my sandwich. Called up there to speak with the manger and she proceeded to say that she made all the sandwiched and refused to admit they gave and sent out a raw sandwich.
