The food was perfectly cooked and great tasting. The baked tater was huge! Very friendly folks working there and plenty of parking! We will be back again

Like most Spring Creek restaurants, the staff is always friendly and create a fun atmosphere at the meat section. I ordered the Rib Plate and they loaded up my plate. It’s hard not to like a place that keeps offering free bread and you can go back for more veggies.

Me and my husband came here with our 3 kids, one being a toddler. The food is pretty good and the people actually plating your food are amazing. Very respectful very customer service oriented if you will. This particular night, we had an extremely rude cashier however. I got up there and let her know that we had 3 kids plates, a sandwich plate and a regular plate with brisket. And she looked at me, looked down the row at my husband who was still getting our sides together, and did not say a single word. I looked at my husband also, and then I repeated myself and again she didn’t say anything. My husband finally slid down to the cashier with me and so I repeated a third time what we had and my husband told me to go ahead and grab our table. I grabbed our tray to leave and this cashier put her hand on my tray to stop me from taking it and said “I have to put in what meat you guys have because it’s a different price for each one” which FAIR, very fair, but why not just tell me that? Why not just say you have to wait to see what meat we have on our tray while you are staring at me waiting? I told her that I told her what we had twice now and I if she needed to know what we specifically got she could’ve said something, seeing this my husband told me to go ahead and get our table and I immediately said “that’s what I was trying to do? And she didn’t let me?” This is all going on with my toddler also in my arms and trying to carry a tray in one hand with him in the other. Typically we like this place but this cashier did NOT have basic communication skills and it’s obviously embarrassing to keep a line waiting and to be made to feel like you’re the problem in front of a restaurant of people. We won’t be going back to this location fortunately

The portion sizes were inadequate. Service was subpar and did not meet expectations. Photographic evidence will be provided. The absence of baked or mashed potatoes at a barbecue restaurant is noteworthy. Furthermore, soliciting tips before food quality or service has been assessed is unacceptable. There was a lack of waitstaff attention to ensure customer satisfaction or address any needs. The sparsely populated parking lot and dining room should have served as a warning. The ribs and brisket were dry, while the turkey was acceptable. Most staff appeared preoccupied with their phones rather than customer service.

The staff at this restaurant are always very nice. They always greet you, talk to you and seem really happy in their jobs. The food is fresh and the ribs are delicious. We try to eat there once a week. It’s a great experience.

Came in for the first time today, pleasantly greeted by.Sydney… I ordered a combo plate with chicken and brisket.. brisket was a little colder than I like but Jeremy was super quick to bring me some that was perfect! Hannah brought us some fresh rolls right out of the oven (Yum!!!). Food was really about a 4.5 but wasn’t an option… the customer service, EXCEPTIONAL! Definite 5 ⭐️. Thank you – will definitely be back when we’re in the area again!!!

I remember visiting this establishment a few days ago for lunch with my father and brother. I was unaware of middle school lunch line style of ordering, so when I attempted to order the cutters attitude was that of someone annoyed, You work in service industry, explaining how it works shouldn’t be a burden. I feel the cutter didn’t like something about us… shame because the food is good but I’m certainly not returning to pay 70 Dollars for 4 Sandwhichs .

We had the rib dinners. You get as much bread as you want, so I took two ribs and made a sandwich. The rest will be leftovers! Had a side of corn and a side of coleslaw. I admit I wish I had two pieces of corn bc it was good, and seems more like a proper size for a side.
The bathrooms are always clean. The line is always quick.
I advise people join the memebership program. It is definitely worth it.

Surprisingly amazing!
I ended up at Spring Creek Barbeque for a fundraising night for my son’s school, and honestly… I wasn’t expecting much. But WOW. I was so wrong.
The place completely surprised me.
The vibe is classic Texas BBQ, the kind that feels real, not like those trendy Austin “BBQ experiences” that are more for tourists than actual locals. This is the real deal: smoky, simple, delicious, and zero pretension.
The brisket? Amazing.
The ribs? Dangerous.
The rolls? I’m still thinking about them.
I’ve actually gone back several times since that fundraiser (which should tell you everything). It’s comforting, consistent, and genuinely tasty.
If you want authentic, no-nonsense, honest-to-goodness barbecue, Spring Creek Barbeque is it.
Highly recommended and not just because my kid’s school got a check.
