It was a busy restaurant within the convenience store! It’s located immediately off the highway and worth the time to stop. It was clean in the restaurant area only! The convenience store was another matter! The food was good and hot. It’s located far enough from any of the cities off the highway that it wasn’t too busy and the food didn’t take too long! Order your food, gas up your vehicle, and your food should be ready by the time you’re ready to get back on the road! Easy to get in and out of!

What in after driving all day, 18 Wheeler and ordered a peach cobbler milkshake? With a cheeseburger, the manager began to tell me how she needed to get out of there because she works 2 jobs and was tired. Told me she dated a guy and that with truck driving was easy. All you do is sit there, honey, please.
I started driving this morning roughly around 6:30am and now it is 10pm. All I wanted was something hot to eat after driving all day and she neglected to put my cheeseburger on my order and she proceeded to leave because she was so tired, you know. Won’t stop here again but for sleep!!!!!! Poor management.

I dont like the service in dq nelson restaurant. My kids felt uncomfortable because of the senior workers who are not the local people due to their inappropriate behavior and I came to drive thru yesterday, there is a bad lady who dont know taking orders perfectly asking the order again and again. I felt tired due to her words on 09/06/2025 in between 2 and 3 pm. Kindly change the drive thru and chill people because they are arrogant and i dont think they do work appropriately.

I will not go back..he ordered 2 strawberry cheesecake blizzards and there was no cheesecake in them they both had only two strawberries and the rest was ice-cream and grahmcrackers,we had to throw them away, they were not fit to eat

The woman working the counter today (7/7/25) between the times of 230pm and 3pm made it glaringly evident just how much she hates her job. I’ve worked in food service for 16 years and it’s pretty easy to spot when someone finds enjoyment in making the people that she’s serving feel stupid or inferior by trying to explain something simple in terms that make it seem “complicated” just for her own pleasure. It was clear that she genuinely enjoyed telling people no, just because it’s the only control that she could have in her position. If she had taken the time to listen to what was being said, instead of finding ways to feel superior, there wouldn’t have been any issues. And then, when I came back to correct the error, she told me that what I actually wanted was something else on the menu. Ironically, it was the very thing that I has asked about the first time. This employee is impatient, disrespectful, and condescending. We are traveling through the state for work. This was our first time stopping. And this woman was my first impression of Missouri. It’s funny, I used to joke that the people in Missouri must be living in a constant state of Misery. She confirmed this.
