We ordered a half Hawaiian and half bacon and onion. The crust was more bread like than pizza dough. There was absolutely no crunch to the crust whatsoever. The center of the pie was almost gooey in texture. It was almost as if the meats had been added to the dough full of grease and the pineapple had not been drained. The onions were actually the only crunchy thing on the pizza.
We had an order of the churro bites. They were very tasty. And we did enjoy juice and the passion fruit I really enjoyed along with the pineapple with mint.
I will not rule out trying this place again, however I feel that there are other Brazilian pizzerias that are far better and have more value for your dollar.
I had no idea Brazilian Pizza was a thing, and discovering it locally is a blessing.
The first pizza is a comforting classic with a twist. The golden crust is cooked to perfection, with just the right balance of chewiness and crunch. The toppings are generous, especially the melt-in-your-mouth cheese and what looks like perfectly seasoned chicken. The herbs scattered on top bring out the flavors in a way that only a small, local place can do there’s that special touch you just don’t get from big chains.
The second pizza takes things up a notch with creative flair. Topped with savory meats like ham or prosciutto, and crispy bacon, it’s already a feast on its own. But what truly sets this pizza apart is the stuffed crust! Each corner has a surprise treat, a fried, possibly cheese-filled bite that’s crunchy on the outside and oozing with flavor on the inside. This kind of creativity is what makes supporting a local pizza spot so rewarding.
When you eat here, you’re not just grabbing a quick bite, you’re experiencing something that’s handcrafted and special. Knowing this comes from a small, family owned business makes it taste even better. They really care about the food they make, and it shows. It’s places like this that make a community feel like home!
