When entering the restaurant I was greeted by a nice smiling face at the cash register. She has pleasant voice and easy to talk to when gathering the information for my order. Then while filling my drink I looked around the Rand the place was spotless. The atmosphere was pleasant with the music at good level. The tables have flowers on them which showed me the employees take pride in their work.

Walked in and kids – meaning workers were complaining about being short handed then the guy that came to register to take my order had a look of I hate being here I almost didn’t order, so I tried small talk but didn’t get any type of smile from him took my order like if he had a gun to his head .. but thank god everything was correct at least I said thank you and no response, HOW SAD THAT THIS YOUNG PEOPLE DONT APPRECIATE THAT THEY HAVE A JOB NO ONE HAS YOU THERE BY FORCE IF YOU Work IN CUSTOMER SERVICE BE NICE AND LIKE THEY SAYING GOAS FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT.. DONT LET YOUR VIBE GET ALL OVER THE PLACE AT WORK … I also work in customer service so we do the best we can and I make sure my helpers are also smiling and being polite leave your problems at home we all go through different situations but just be nice … I pray they get the help they need so they can smile more especially during this times ..
