Great staff! Good food. Reasonable value overall. They go above and beyond to ensure your order is accurate.
The temperature on one of our steaks was a bit off. The staff noticed before we could mention it and insisted on making it right. This level of service seems increasingly rare. Very refreshing to see the few that still take pride in their work. Greatly appreciated!
This will be our go to Chili’s when we’re in the area.

It was a Sunday lunch for us . The street corn was excellent. Awesome quesadillas. My 3 meat and cheese burger was delicious. To end it with a molten chocolate cake was so satisfying delicious.

Service was good. Food was good as well, I did ask for no bacon on my potatoes soup but it’s fine. The bathrooms were very slippery so be careful when you go in there but other than that, I had a good lunch with my parents!!

We got there at 910 for a quick bite thinking they closed at 11.
They close at 930.
We had no idea until we saw it on the door on the way out.
We were treated amazingly and no rush or anything. Business as usual.
Nashville hot sauce is super gritty. Whatever the sprinkle is on the sauce is like chewing on sand.
Texture is wierd.

our server MICAH WAS AMAZING!!! She took really great care of us and the managers made sure to stop by and make my birthday celebration one I’ll never forget with a free desert. We are definitely lifelong chilis fans!

Twenty five plus minutes sat, no one greeted or took our order… unless you count what we assumed was the manager telling us we had to throw out our outside beverages (sealed bottled water and a nearly empty Arizona green tea)

came in around 9 pm and was greeted pleasantly and sat quickly. Micah was our server and she was fantastic! our food came out perfect and she kept up with drink refills. Very polite and knowledgeable!

I was leaving my server a review but the timer timed out on the table tablets. I would like to express that Micah really gave us a wonderful service. She was professional, efficient, and brought our order in a flip of a coin!

Used to come often to see friendly faces, but seems a lot more “red hat” these days if you know what I mean. I would assume it’s because of the new management, since I used to love dining here a few months ago. If that type of establishment is something you’re looking for, I highly suggest this specific location… I’m sure your experience will be great. But if you look different than a descendant of George Washington on the other hand, the servers will be dismissive and you will receive many looks from the blonde manager, which makes for a very uncomfy experience 🙁 so I honestly would not recommend anymore, unless you want to leave with a sour taste in your mouth. Go where you’re valued, they don’t need our service. There are plenty of other locations surrounding the area that are much friendlier, and will cook your food better!

Food was super delicious! Our server Micah was so nice, we came to celebrate my cousins birthday. Our food came out so fast and she had recommended for us to try the strawberry president margarita. I will definitely be back to try the other flavors!! Recommended to anyone visiting the boardwalk in Kemah.
