I placed the order as pickup with the option to dine in. I love that Buona allows the patron to fill their own drink, and that any frozen drinks are made at time of pickup. Stellar service, doing so this way! Our usual location is Montgomery but we were in Naperville for another purpose and decided a nice beef and fries would make an excellent dinner, and it did not disappoint! Everything was hot, fresh and delicious!
I do also want to put in a plug for their strawberry shakes. I’m usually a chocolate shake girl, but I love the strawberry shake from Buona Beef! It has real strawberries in it, not a strawberry flavoring like so many other fast food places. Highly recommend it you want a classic, Strawberry Shake!

Food is really good tasting Italian beef. A lot of flavor compared to the other chains out there. This location staff is always so friendly and helpful, especially with senior citizens like my mother. They offer great deals and discounts for them. Great food at a great value by a well run team

We order here thru the drive thru often and everything is always good. Tonight was exceptionally great. All of the food was perfect. Rigatoni marinara with meatballs and cheeseburger with everything. This is probably the only place where we dont have to check the bag before leaving. (Knock on wood. )

Food quality and taste… Great as always. It’s been a couple years since my last visit though… Regular size Hot beef seemed smaller than I remembered. I ordered crispy fries and they were perfect.

This has been a long time coming, thanks the manager at this location.
I’ve been a customer for years. Lately I have been experiencing horrible customer service from the manager. He is dismissive, rude, unproand inconsiderate. Also, at times the food hasn’t been good, and or not fresh. I called up there (this location) a couple weeks ago about the food not tasting good, the food wasn’t fresh, you could look at the food and see that the food wasn’t fresh. This isn’t the first time I have complained. I’ve spoken to the higher manager about my experiences prior to today.

This fast food restaurant surprised me. I came upon it totally by chance, had never heard of it,, and since I was in the Chicago area (not a common thing), and was heading out, it seemed like a good opportunity.
Ordered an Italian beef with hot peppers – the ONLY way to have it – and it was delicious; juicy, flavorful, and a good portion. I’d DEFINITELY try Buona’s again without hesitation!

My sandwich was drowned in buffalo sauce. Didn’t ask for that. I can’t even finish this sandwich because it’s too much.
I did ask for my sandwich to be cut in half, though. This wasn’t the first time they didn’t do it, so I checked before I left.
It was on the box and the bag and someone named Kristin even checked it off as done.

Food is always good! Love stopping by here! Drive thru female was way to flirty with me in front of my wife last time I was in here while I was mid conversation. Asking personal questions about my credit card. Really ruined our meal that day even when I was just wanted food not to be questioned about my payment method and brand of card I use. Otherwise food is great! If it wasn’t for the female in the drive thru 5 stars all the way!
