The food at this location has a good quality all the time. We have never had a problem with any of the staff. The “manager” that was on shift today had a very rude attitude towards the team. The way she will talked to them was unacceptable and very unprofessional. I will definitely come back because I love this place but she needs to work more on her performance and how to treat the rest of the team. The guys did an amazing job I wish I had time to ask for their names for future reference.

visited this Chipotle around 9:30 PM, well before their 11:00 PM closing time. I was the only customer in line, with just four other people dining in. Despite multiple staff members being present, including three young ladies working on what looked like DoorDash orders and another breaking down the cold station, not a single person acknowledged me for several minutes.
After standing there with no greeting, no eye contact, and no sense of urgency, I became so frustrated I initially walked out. I turned back around to ask who the manager was, and the team silently pointed to a young man who had his head down, glued to his phone.
When I asked him if he was the manager and for his name, he told me he was indeed the manager but refused to give me his name. When I asked again, he stated he’d give me another manager’s name—but then simply walked away without saying anything more.
To make matters worse, the restaurant was visibly dirty. The drink station was a mess, utensils were scattered, and the dining area had food scraps on the floor and uncleaned tables, as shown in my photos.
Honestly, if I were a health inspector or a mystery shopper, this location would be in serious trouble. The experience was disappointing on every level — poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and unacceptable cleanliness.
I left without ordering and will not be returning. Management at this location clearly needs training, oversight, and accountability.

The workers are good people, but I’ve seen how one of the managers abuses her employees and treats them very badly in front of everyone. I’ve had two bad experiences. For some reason, she always speaks vulgarly and very loudly to her male employees. She’s a short woman with a lip piercing and short hair. She makes them work while she just watches. There’s a long line of customers, and only one guy is serving them, and she insults him and treats him very badly, all in Spanish. I speak Spanish, and I understood how strong the words she used were.

I ordered through my app while there and waited for my food to be done. The app said it would be ready by 5:40 pm. At 6:00, still nothing. I go to the counter to check the status and they had very limited staff so the wait to ask was 10 minutes. They told me they did not see my order even though I showed them on my phone and showed them the payment that came out of my account. They said if I wanted the food, I would have to pay again. The utensil area was a mess and the bathroom was horrendous, I will stick with the one on Mountain Road.

I promise you I see why the review is low . I am so disappointed you never know who people are thats why everyone should be treated the same . So I got a bowl . I assume the server was new . The store was not crowded but it was a good amount of customers. I am not going to say because I dont want to say race had anything to do with it but I was offended. The young lady was at the beginning of the line the lady in front of me she was so generous with her tacos meat was spilling out of her tacos literally. I assume the other worker either was a supervisor or maybe just been working thier longer was very upset . Instead of assisting her the new server thought it was funny . Everyone watching I am next in line tired just got off work didnt find anything funny at all. Instead her using tongs to remove some of the meat she took her hands even thou yes she had on gloves its just the way she did it . She only remove meat from one of the three tacos. Even thou they were speaking Spanish I understood exactly what was being said. It was unacceptable and unprofessional. Next I tell her I want a bowl half steak and half chicken I had to ask can you please add more . I promise you it was literally barely any meat . Than I move on too the toppings a young man i assume he was new he didn’t know what was spicy he was confused about the toppings. Tonight was a bad night . All to get home the bowl was cold the proteins were I literally live across the street the morris hill area maybe about 5 minutes. I will be calling first thing in the morning. Customer service was poor . Chipotle prices are expensive I was highly disappointed.

Update (4/23):
We occasionally place large orders for our company staff—almost monthly or every other month. Due to a previous issue where we had to pay out of pocket for salad dressing (because the online order system didn’t allow us to add it), I called ahead and was greeted by the General Manager.
I explained the past complication, and the GM was very understanding. This time, we received the requested sauce, salad dressing, and sides without any issues.
We really appreciate the timeliness and care in fulfilling our large order, as well as the accommodations made. Great service overall.

My boyfriend went in asking if they had guac still they said yes once he got to the end and he asked for guac they then wanna tell him “oh that guac is for a big online order we have” so you mean to tell me you couldn’t say that from the start? Why say yes there was guac if there actually wasn’t… when he got home as soon as I opened my bowl it was disgusting. The rice looked like it was leftover rice all mushy and there was literally a huge piece of lettuce with the core on it…. Didn’t even finish my bowl. Waste of money.

I ordered a bowl on DoorDash I had pico and corn in my bowl. It is next to none in my actual bowl. The sides weren’t even filled in. I shouldn’t have to ask for extra when I know for a fact this wasnt a full scoop. Don’t fill the bowls differently when you come into the store versus online. That’s not good customer service. I think this will be my last Time ordering Chipotle

My experience wasn’t very smooth. We tried to use a promo code, but the staff didn’t seem familiar with how to apply it. We were told to reorder online and then asked to get back in line, even though we had been standing there the entire time. The situation felt disorganized and frustrating. It may be helpful for staff to receive additional training on handling promotional offers to avoid confusion in the future.
