“We dont serve people out here after dark” so, you apparently stop serving people in your stalls after 530pm? You might as well close your store after 5, and stop taking mobile orders. “We stop serving stalls after dark” when your stalls are fully lit, and YOUR DRIVE THRU PERSON STILL HAD TO WALK MY FOOD OUT TO ME whilst in the drive thru, THE SAME DISTANCE THEY WOULD HAVE HAD TO WALK TO THE STALL. Do you see the hang up? Do you see why Im writing this review? Do you understand, it is winter, it starts getting dark at 5pm. The absolute ignorance of the people who set the rules for this store. You are all just lucky my food was hot today, and I didnt need to wait 35 minutes for my food this time.
Your prices are starting to get ridiculous. Your food quality is going downhill, and the fact that I have to choose “half price drinks” or some other deal is absolutely asinine.

Updated: 12:54 someone must have seen this or got their butt chewed out, because after spending 10 minutes in the drive thru, the signs were removed.

Went to get breakfast at 8:30 order food I had to stay in line for about 15 minutes for a sausage toaster and a breakfast burrito and when I tell you it was sorry just like the service I had the most smallest sausage and cheese was just sped on the bread the burrito was shit!! I wouldn’t recommend going at that time or location they are short staff and don’t know what the hell there doing. I you want to save some time and money just go to a different location or make breakfast at home…

Ordered 2 foot long coney’s… one with everything.. 1 without cheese and with everything. I only got chilli with mine but no onions . Also we requested mustard.. one Footlong chilli cheese coney with cheese, onions and mustard. One without cheese wit onion and mustard! Thanks!

The customer service here is garbage every time I visit. Its like they dont know how to be friendly. Always mess up simple requests for my burger, like hold the mayonnaise or no tomatoes. Please do better

I stopped here on the way home from work and ordered 2 sodas and an order of groovy fries.
Let me just say, I wasn’t expecting the groovy fries to be AMAZING. These fries are going to be a game changer for sonic if they can market them right. They are what crinkle cut fries want to be, but cannot be. The groovy sauce is okay, I’m still not 100% sure about it, I see the direction they were going but I’m not sure it’s great.
The two drinks I ordered was a large Vanilla Coke and a large grape sprite, easy on grape. They went a little too easy on the grape, though, I can hardly taste it.

I mobile ordered a single crispy chicken combo and when I picked it up and brought it back to my place, it had no chicken in it. Literally just lettuce, pickles, and mayo on bun. This is so simple. I do not understand how anyone can mess this up. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars and not 1 is that we called and someone named John answered and said he would write my name down so when I go there next time, we can get a free sandwich. Whoever made this “sandwich” however needs to be talked to by manager or made aware that they are unfit for a fast food job.

So I had the worst service in the 12 year’s Ive been coming here. I ordered my food through the drive through. I ordered a simple footlong. And proceeded to order another one and The cashier stopped me and said Oh you have two orders? And I said yes then he said hatefully ”well start with that” ! Me and my sis started to pull off right then but instead I recieved my order then asked the young gentleman to come here so that I could give him some advice on how to talk to your customers with respect. He started going back and forth, no accountability and so then I asked for the management and he said to my surprise that he was the Manager and refuse to give me his name. He accused me of being drunk and told me to get my drunk ass out his drive through. I explained to him how I do not drink and never have! I was so disgusted by his display of ignorance. Yll need to train these kids on customer service because he was disgustingly rude. He wouldn’t give me his name but he was a young black man with unclean dreds, on duty at night on September 4th 2025. The incident happened around 11:05pm. UNFORTUNATELY we through away our food cas we didn’t trust what he might have done to it so we threw it all away. Get him off the head sets and put him on grill. He was not trained well.
