This McDonald’s is so convenient to so many things but it’s not worth it! I have given them chance after chance but they just stink! Cold fries, wrong food, long waits. BUT today is what made me finally say enough. Despite the MULTIPLE advertisements for the Boo Buckets, including being an option to order on the kiosk, we did not receive our Boo Bucket because they were “out”. BUT it was literally an option on the order kiosk. I would not have ordered a happy meal had I known they were out of Boo Buckets. We ate in so someone should have informed us that they were out and ask if we wanted to substitute for another happy meal or offer a refund. Instead they just brought us a random happy meal which happened to be some kinda of Mario Cart toy. So I just paid for something I didn’t order and didn’t want. They should be able to update the order kiosk to remove the possibility of ordering a Boo Bucket if they are out. I don’t care if it is fast food. They have to fill my order off of what I inputted into the kiosk they should have checked with me before filling my order with something I didn’t order.

Typical MDs fast-food spot. Sometimes it’s quick, sometimes it’s slow. Your order can be correct, or wrong. Depends on the day and the staff. My orders are usually on-point, but voices in the community tell me different stories ♂️

Went through the drive thru about 9 pm on Friday. The kid that took my order sounded like he hated life. No customer service skills at all. No thank you, no have a nice night. Then I get my food. Fries way over salted. Bun a bit stale. And my drink full of ice but not full of Diet Coke.

came here at 3:12am on feb 7? the regular manager is not here. i waited 45 minutes to place my order, no one came to the speaker. The second window said he is not trained to take orderes. no one came. The worse mcdonald’s service of my life. the order got placed after an hour. this location needs better management!!!

I have been going to this McDonalds almost every day for 6 months or so now because I work nearby. I have given a $5 tip to many of the staff here and I always get a coffee with 3 or 4 creams in the morning so I know they remember me.
Anyways, this assistant manager told me her name is Natalie. For no justifiable reason this manager told me today that they would deny me service when I come to the store simply because I paid full price for a large coffee and asked for a refill 10 minutes later. So she threatened to ban me from the store today LOL!
This was also the second coffee I purchased from the store today… I paid for two coffees and then she reluctantly gave me 1 refill and threatened to ban me from the store I spend 5-10 dollars at every day! LOL! I tried to be polite about it although I thought the manager was disgustingly hostile despite being unprovoked or having any reasonable explanation for the attitude and the threats. I explained to her that I had just paid for two coffees and she still didn’t care and tried to explain that it was just because I am such a frequent customer that I was getting this rude treatment. Essentially that was how she explained it to me, since I buy food so frequently I wouldn’t be welcome back…
I would like to say that the rest of the staff is very nice and it is only Natalie that I have ever had any issues with.
If you are the store manager check the cameras at 8:30 AM on 11/18/2025 and just see this toxic employee interaction for yourself.

We waited for 15min in a parking spot for our food. We ordered and paid for a mcgriddle, bagel, and 2 scrambled eggs. When it finally came out, we were missing the mcgriddle and an egg. It was a pretty ridiculous experience. We ended up just leaving because the initial wait already made us late for our appt. This McDonalds used to be so efficient. Not sure what happened here, but this is the second time in a row I’ve been here and waited a stupid amount of time for the food. Extra frustrating when half the order is missing.

if I could give a 0 I would im doing Uber Eats and waiting for the order she gives me the order and I wanted to place a order for my self and this employee said I can’t place an order once I confirm pick up because they have a time ,I obviously know that bc I have a time myself I go ahead and tell her I haven’t confirm the order so can’t j place an order mind you she was very rude from the beginning,she Continues and says that she’s gonna ask her boss. She goes and ask her boss and I over here how her boss tells her that I can place an order. I just confirmed the order and told her it was OK that I did not want the food no more I lived here my entire life and never experienced something like this. I will never come back to this McDonald’s.

Spoke with a manager (Gabby) when I had to explain to her the McGridddle was showing on the McValue menu, but not generating a $1 add-on for any additional items (including the McGriddle). Gabby could not explain why that was happening other than to say the McGriddle is NOT part of the McValue menu (even though it clearly stated it) and refused to honor the discount. I told her I would complain and she said, “Fine, it’s a franchised store.” I’m not really sure how that changes things?

Ordered mobile went to pick up order and walked in to see my order sitting on counter with couple standing over my food with bandages on arm with my food right underneath arm with bandages adjusting them right over my food asked a team member looked to be Spanish short cut could have been manager or team lead I was told that we called the order out nobody picked it up so we left it and walked off no apology no offer to fix it just walked off then I get in the bag nothing was fresh chicken sandwich old large and small fries old cold not the first time at this location almost they same every visit over the last 4years younger crews no accountability then look at you like you wrong for mentioning sad service in such busy area probably my last visit tired of getting the food that’s been sitting around long after recommended storage time

I keep coming to this location as this is the closest and the one that screws up my iced coffee the least. How difficult is it to get your iced coffee in order ? Often I receive basically white “coffee” – all milk … and this one girl on the drive through cannot put order in right for the life of me. I tell her sugar free vanilla with less syrup – she goes “caramel”? Like where do you hear caramel ??? I correct her. She then repeats back to me the right order – usually after literally 3-5 tries (!) and then guess what I get … yes my iced coffee with caramel syrup. I tried other beat by locations and they are even worse. I don’t know why it’s so hard to get this damn iced coffee in order.
