We visit this Red Robin regularly. We have never had a bad experience or bad food here. The wait staff is awesome! I get the smokehouse burger with the garlic fries! Delicious!!

Stopped by Red Robin around 4 PM for a late lunch with a small group. The location was nice, with outdoor seating available, and the overall vibe was relaxed. I ordered a salad, which was fresh, crisp, and really hit the spot. Everyone else in our group really enjoyed their food too, especially the bottomless fries.
That said, the service was slow. We had to ask for drink refills and the second round of fries, and it felt like we were waiting longer than we should have, even though it wasn’t very busy.
Still, the food was great, the setting was nice, and the staff was polite. The service could’ve been better, but I’m still giving it 5 stars for the quality of the meal and the experience overall.

My most recent experience at this Red Robin has completely exceeded my expectations. When we arrived, Trinity met us at the door and actually held the door for us while welcoming us to Red Robin- this in and of itself is enough for me to give the restaurant 5 stars as this is something that you almost never see at any restaurant nowadays, let alone a casual restaurant like this one and she should be commended for going above and beyond. Our server Megan was friendly and made great food recommendations. The manager John was actively table touching and gauging feedback from guests and had a customer first mentality. Food was fantastic and brought out in a reasonable time. We will definitely be returning to this location and I very highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great atmosphere and good food.

The server was great at checking on us throughout the time we were there. He kept our drinks full and asked if we wanted dessert when we were finished with our food. He said he had only been on the floor a couple of days. I hope he keeps this friendly, helpful attitude. The food was delicious as well.

My fiancee and I chose this restaurant prior to a trip to New Orleans, she has been to a Red Robin before, but this this was my first visit to any Red Robin and I will definitely go back. The atmosphere and vibe when we walked in was awesome. The place was decorated for Halloween, the servers were dressed up too. So were we and on our way to the Halloween Parade in New Orleans. The service was excellent, Sarah was a great server with an incredible personality and very welcoming and John, the Manager made several stops by our table to check in with us and make sure our first time was a great experience and it certainly was. I was highly impressed with the quality of the food, the amount of items made on site from scratch. Will definitely make this a regular stop on our way to NOLA in the future. Thanks for such a great experience.

First time here. Menu options were great. There were several things I wanted to try. They had several different types of French fries which was a cool thing. We were torn between garlic and zucchini fries. Ended up the garlic ones and they were really good. I got the crispy chicken salad which was a very nice size and was delicious. My mom got a regular burger. We did have a free dessert option so we got the mile high chocolate mud pie. It was definitely a conversation piece. You will want to split it with someone for sure!
Overall place was good. Service was nice but nothing spectacular. Kind of low key but very polite.

We went the week before Christmas in the evening. I believe the manager was a gentleman named John. He was amazing. He was very professional and very welcoming. When we left he was sure to greet us. The service and food was amazing. 5/5

Well been a while since was here last. Well this will be last time in every thing seems to be an up charge anymore. Then the burgers came out and they looked like McDonald’s (the dollar ones) burgers and tasted like them. I remember when the burgers were nice size and tasted good. Last time I am coming to Red Robin. Service was ok.

First and my last time going to Red Robin. The food and service were wonderful but way too pricey just for lunch. Just for 2 entree and drinks were over $60. Not worth it. If it wasn’t for the excellent service, I would have given the one star.

Magen is an absolute super star! She provided incredible service while working EVERY single front of house position during our visit. My Madlove was interestingly delicious & my partner enjoyed her Blu Ribbon as well.
