Company paid for catering. They brought spaghetti and meatballs. Sause had to be prego and meatballs from Costco, either way it was trash. Served with lettuce and corn absolutely disappointing. They get paid to serve hundreds of people and they serve a prison meal to hardworking tradesmen and women. 0/10

We just arrived in New Mexico from the east coast and was recommended to go here for the new Mexican food. Definitely worth the stop. The cheese dip was very good, not queso, and the chicken enchilada was very satisfying. They also give you two sopas, which is their dessert bread and you put honey over it…YUMMY!!!! Highly recommend

It’s hard to find a consistent New Mexican restaurant, but Sopa’s has done it. The food is consistently good, fresh, and a fair price. The wait staff is always nice and attentive, and the atmosphere is adorable!

Not too bad of a wait on a Sunday. Food didn’t take too long, and the chile had good flavor. Fair warning that their “honey” is almost certainly not real and tastes like Karo syrup, which took away from the enjoyment of their sopapillas. Reasonable prices, even with inflation. Be aware that folks will come to your table to sell you jewelry or jerky.
