Every staff member barely speaks English. I ordered 2 ranch and spicy snack wraps. I got one spicy and one ranch not what I ordered. I told them what I wanted again. Then they refunded one snack wrap, still not what I wanted. They Then brought me 2 spicy wraps and again still not what I wanted. This would’ve easily been remedied if at least one staff member spoke proper English.

I had a great experience at this McDonald’s location! The environment was clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere to enjoy my meal. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. Most importantly, they gave the correct toy as advertised, which made the visit even more enjoyable. It’s refreshing to see a McDonald’s that gets everything right.

I watched the lady making my drink beating on the milk container to get it out, but I just thought it was empty until I took a sip and it was so rotten it had chunks floating in it. I called and the manager said I would able to get another the next day, but when I showed up the manager was different and this guy could not understand what I was saying because he doesn’t speak English. I’m all for equality and diversity but can someone explain to me how an American McDonald’s is hiring a manager that doesn’t know how to understand English? I won’t be back to this McDonald’s when there is another one down the street.

Very good fast food restaurant, but they don’t have electricity in the lobby to charge phones, and the cleanliness is very poor. Welcome with a smile doesn’t exist. They need more training in customer service.

Today, I placed a mobile order for pickup on the McDonald’s app at this location. When I arrived to pick up my order, there were two lines. I waited in the second line because the first line was full. The other line was being served while I was sitting there waiting. I then pulled up to the first window to speak to the manager and explained what happened. A young male staff member which was the cashier who was taking the orders interrupting our conversation, saying I only waited for two minutes. I told the manager I had a mobile order for pickup. She informed me that it was for inside pickup and instructed me to go to the second window and tell them. I asked if she could tell them so my order would be ready when I got there, but she went back and forth with me. I then asked for a refund so I could go to another McDonald’s, but she refused and told me to call the mobile app number. I called the mobile app support, and they said the store was supposed to refund me. I just want my refund because I never received my order, and I won’t be ordering from this location again. I been a loyal customer here for 6 years.

Used their damn app as they won’t stop asking if you don’t. Specifically used curbside pickup. Staff came out 20 min later and said “nobody came” and blamed me for choosing curbside pickup. I was waiting in my designated spot for 20 minutes. What??? The audacity to blame the customer…..

I stopped by the drive thru and ordered the two cheeseburger meal with a High-C orange, and everything was hot and fresh. Service was impeccable, and I will definitely return again.

I often frequent this McDonald’s and I’ve noticed that their is only 2 women stalls in the restroom and at night the managers will lock 1 stall, denying access to customers who patronize this business. Also, I normally get a cup of hot water I notice some managers charge and some don’t. Consistency is key. I feel certain low energies when I come to this place. I always greet with a smile whether I walk in or use the drive thru. The workers seems to act as if they are not working and it’s all about them talking, looking at their phones, laughing, which is becoming very unprofessional. Certain managers know me and I’m not speaking of them. It’s the new employees. I’m tired of it. I shouldn’t have to travel to a different McDonald’s to get better service and respect. So therefore I give a One Star. Do better.
