Visited this McDonald’s around 2 AM on a weekday because, let’s be real, options are slim in the Little Rock area after midnight—true 24-hour fast food is pretty rare these days. This place delivers on that front; it’s reliably open all night, which is a lifesaver for night owls, shift workers, or anyone craving fries at odd hours.
The drive-thru was quick even at that time—order placed and food in hand in under 10 minutes. Food was hot and fresh: Big Mac tasted standard (good, not amazing), fries were crispy, and the McCafé coffee hit the spot for a late-night pick-me-up. Staff was friendly enough—polite and efficient, no attitude despite the hour.
On the downside, the interior could use some love: a bit cluttered with trays/trash, floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped recently, and seating area felt dated. Not the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve been to, but for fast food at 24/7, expectations are realistic. No major order mistakes or long waits, which is better than some other locations I’ve hit late.
Overall, if you’re in the area and need something open when everything else is closed, this is your go-to. Exceeds basic fast-food expectations for convenience and speed, especially late-night. Just don’t expect a spotless dining room. Worth the stop for a quick bite!

I ordered some food for myself and while going through the drive thru a gentleman ask if I could buy him something to eat, I told him that after I get my food I would go inside with him to order him a meal. We went inside to order and another gentleman gave the first gentleman a few dollars then the older women who would take my order gave the First Gentleman a dirty look and said we don’t do that here. After I gave the order and paid I asked her if she thought that was rude she replied “ we don’t like THEM to ask our customers for money” first, I’m not sure what she meant by them could’ve meant homeless could’ve meant anything second since when is McDonald’s such a high and mighty establishment I guess the one on Broadway and Third, if this is how McDonald’s on Broadway in Little Rock treats people then don’t count me as a customer I will never be back. That gentleman was just hungry maybe that woman and maybe whoever was reading this might not know what that feels like. I’ve never been homeless but I have been hungry before and it sucks. And maybe that gentleman might be on drugs maybe he put himself in that position that doesn’t make him any less of a person he still deserves to eat!!!!

Okay for context people. I usually don’t go to McDonald’s but I’ve been trying different locations lately. This past Friday around midnight, I went through this drive-thru and ordered two medium hot chocolates. When I pulled up to the “Pay Here” window, the employee opened the sliding door and immediately asked if I was there for DoorDash. I told her no and that I was there for my two hot chocolates. She then told me to give her a second or something like that and over her headset I could hear her asking someone if the hot chocolate machine was even working. After I paid, I noticed there were two pick-up windows. Since I had ordered on the second intercom, I assumed I should go to the second pick-up window. As soon as I pulled up, I could hear a women yelling from the first window, “baby where you going?” But I couldn’t reverse because another car had pulled in behind me. I just waited. After about a minute, a worker finally opened the sliding door at the second pick-up window, handed me my drinks, and then told me, “Next time just go to pick-up one.” I apologized and drove off. Now I know I guess. When I tried the hot chocolate, it tasted awful almost minty..? And nothing like the hot chocolate I get at other McDonald’s locations. I’ve had great hot chocolate at three different stores, so I know what it’s supposed to taste like. This one was just bad and it felt like the staff had a little attitude. Overall, the service was rude, confusing and the drinks were terrible. I might give them another chance in the future but this visit was disappointing.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this McDonald’s honestly disappointed me and my sister. We’ve had McDonald’s hot chocolate from other locations before, and it was always really good, so we came here expecting the same. Unfortunately, this location did not deliver.
First, there was confusion at the payment window. The employee asked if we had a DoorDash order even though we clearly ordered two hot chocolates through the drive-thru speaker. We even heard her asking her coworkers if they “had hot chocolate,” which was confusing since someone had just taken our order.
Then, when picking up the drinks, we accidentally pulled up to the second window because we’re still new to McDonald’s drive-thru setups. The employee at the first window called out to us with attitude, even though the car behind us made it impossible for us to reverse. When the second-window employee handed us the drinks, she repeated the rule about using the first window—but again with attitude, not just a simple heads-up.
When we finally left and checked the hot chocolate, it was a huge letdown. Both drinks were barely warm, not filled to the top, and had a strange minty taste. McDonald’s doesn’t even offer a mint hot chocolate, so we have no idea why it tasted like that. The whipped cream and chocolate syrup were fine, but it still wasn’t filled properly. Overall the drinks were honestly not good at all.
This was disappointing because every other McDonald’s we’ve tried has made the hot chocolate perfectly. This location was the only one that got it wrong, and it felt like a waste of money. Definitely won’t be coming back here for drinks.

Have been delivering most the evening and needed a bite to eat. Me and wife ordered a 10 peice nugget that was stale.. ordered 2 mc Chickens.. that had next to No mayo or lettuce. And a coke with no ice that they had to remake because it had ice.. also ordered fresh fries. One with extra salt.. the fries were cold, hard and the extra salt was salt packets… its not the same… consumers beware.

I ordered TWO hotcake breakfasts and specifically requested utensils at the window, since I’m staying in a hotel. The employee confirmed that the utensils were included.
When I got back to my hotel, there was only ONE set of utensils in the bag, which made it impossible for both of us to eat our meals as ordered.
Please be more attentive when confirming requests, especially when customers explicitly explain why something is needed. SMH ♀️

The store is dirty. The staff are rude. The service is not the slowest I’ve ever seen but not fast. The prices are crazy. $2.69 for there cheapest burger. $2.99 for a small fry. Please do not give your business to this restaurant. Financially you might as well get a meal at a sit down restaurant. Do not support this location!

WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION!! I love McDonald’s, but the staff and customer service at this specific location is terrible. This is the first McDonald’s that I was given an attitude just for placing an order. I have already told many people to not waste their time with this place and will continue to do so.
